if you do drive like yoy stoll it then maybe an advanced driving lesson or ten will deff help to , so not only do you here whats drumed into your head like the police no doubt you will also have the ability to read the road ahead as far as pos of witch u should be doing. but 80 percent of pepole dont , Consertrate on the job in hand , when your driving you think u can drive, no you know how to drive, but are u aware of your spacel awarness , Antisipation, what other pepole are doing or not doing, but should,BE., more likely not. like before the first thing i would say is ring up your insurance company and tell them that u would like to have forward and side and rear inpact bars fitted / a rollchage as these cars dont protect the driver like modern cars do and you have no thoughts or ideas of racing on a track and this will be fine with them.as long as they know what you doing. if worred wite to them and aske them if and what u intent to do.

i dont understand all this nonsence. right u ring up ur insurance company right and the only thing that your bothered about is its insured at the cheapest quote right. right so you say yes and yes and no and no and yes and get the policy home and u have your car insured for a couple hundred quid and your fully insured great. then you get home read your insurance paperwork that norm follows a few days later right. Erm no. do you think to add things that may or maynot be listed erm no. look. Once you have your quote, and your insured, any modifacation that that are not clearly listed in your paperwork are more likely not included in your quote. everything that is a not standerd fittment on your car should be listed on a list. aftermarket kit, different than norm paint even, ebc if that helps. aftermarket exhaust is what it is the same as the seat that you sit in , if you or somone other than the manifacture put there then list it. then the insurance company will see you have stuff and make anjustment when doing the quote. if you do it online because the web and there system was mass built for them and the masses then wait and get a quote from a norm spealing person on the other end of the phone.. Insurnce companys have a moral finacial comitment to get it right. i said whilst on the phone to mine that they happenrd to spell my name wrong from allen to Alan and few days later had the whole policy re write with the correct spelling. after all its an agreement and involves money and your pride and joy, get it right. the fact that you later add an after market exhaust or somthing else will not in most cases if you done everthing correct, not cost you anymore in premiums.if its there in black and white you and them have done there job if its not then question why. also if you have a fully credited history backed up with documented garenteed workmenship when you have stuff fitted like acredeted bodyshops and other workshops this also helps. a garenteed work cert for your cambelt replacement ect with backup photo also helps. keep it clear and to the facts. hope this helps anyone.

Phillips and flathead screwdriver.12 volt meter tester thing.razer knife.really good set of jump leads had for years 80 quids worth really good.start a lorry and about twenty foot wraped around spare wheel.check. spare bulbs.and fuses.well will take spare under bonnet relay box just in case. Lecy tape and a torch al be it a tiny one.and just for this or any other long journey some three or four bottles of water toped up with water. Norm about ten ltrs oh and some antifreeze.oh and some rubber gloves. Do u think im overdoing it.apart from the water in the boot you wouldnt know i was carring it.

Got to love the neighbours. Just tell them its not running right and you need to test the rev range at diff engine temps they wont know. Just leave the lords day alone. A men lol

If you look at the pic carfully the car hasnt been ajusted at all its a photo crop thingy cas the tip or your rear spoiler is exactly the same in both pics , cant be should be lower.thou that said i love the look and made even better cas u have nice wheels.now go and do it for real.lol

I remember when i done my engine out job and hit the key for the fisrt time it was a big turn over and no go then i checked and rembered i forgot to plug in my maff pluged that in and fired up straight away. it could be anything. good luck, start from the basics and go back to the abc princable.

With insurance yourll be in for a shock if you put your partner down as a named driver if shes got lots of no claim and a sensible driver even if she dont drive your pride and joy, but also handy if she needed to thou. you could save yourself a packet.
