Radiator
5 Ltr high compression high reving lump pushing 120BHP per Ltr. No lag and tree pulling torque from low revs. No turbos required. I think this car is going to be a mental handfull of smiles per hour.

It's a sad day, but I've made up my mind...
If the guy quoted 3 weeks and still hasn't completed the job 22 months later he has broken the verbal contract they entered into and has no legal right to claim payment or stop stue from removing all his property. Infact Stu has a right to claim for loss of enjoyment, stress and compensation for breach of contract. The Trader is hardly going to claim his actions are resonable. + My advice to Stu would be not to pay for any of the work as it would be impossible to trust that any work carried out is correct and complete and that it will all have rechecked to ensure nothing has been missed. How can the workmanship be trusted if the Trader's word can't.

Sorry to here this Stu. I remember actually sending you a PM advocating C & S Wood after a similar experience I had with a one time Trader here, because I had heard things of this nature and seen a few things myself about the people who were doing the job for you. I'm sorry it has ended like this and I wished you'd gone to Phil at C & S Wood. you wou'd have been driving around two weeks later. Is it still too late to let Phil wave his magic wond?? I have a pickup and can hire a trailer for the Zed for £30 if you need. Fuel only the rest would be my pleasure to help mate. 3 Weeks after this picture I was driving the car with a complete engine rebuild with 89mm forged pistons and my present spec.

Why are they so many ****ers out there ??
Poor little fella. He looks just like one of our cars. I bet he's like our Ginger Tom, really friendly? That's why he got kicked because he got too close to a fooking *****ck brain. We have another Tom who's a semi tame ferral cat. Well he likes me though he did put me in hospital when i tried to stop him beating up Oscer the ginger tom. This Fella is big and seriously vicious and if this knobhead had tried to kick him he'd be in hospital too. Lasserated to bits and bad kit bites. This Tom bit through my hand (I jest you not) which was really painful but there is nothing worse than a cat bite. Within Hours my arm right up to my shoulder had swollen to the point that the skin was splitting between my fingers. They said at the hospital that had the poison got to my heart I'd have been a gonner. It took 3 weeks for my arm and hand to get back to normal.

Cruise Control?
Yes I had a Red SWB TT with Cruise, but the 2 SWB I have now Series 1 & 2 don't. Japan Optional extra.

EBC Brakes 15% Off & Free Delivery
I had green stuff pads (which are shit) and it may be the disc pad combo, but the green stuff didn't warp the Mitex discs. though Mintex 1155's are better than Green stuff , but Ferodo DS2500's are the best pad you can buy IMO

Some none biased advice please
I have both and have to say that a well set up 2+2 is far more stable at high speed and through high speed corners. I bought my 2+2 when it was 3 years old and low milage but was never comfortable with the standard handling. Once I had the Stillen anti roll bars ajustable tie bars, camber arms front and rear, strut braces, ladder brace etc and good suspension then it became a totally different animal. You really need to be looking at -3 degree of camber on the rear and a good squat stance to make the 2+2 bite into the corners. I love my SWB's as well they are nippier and feel faster round tight bends, but not sure if that is actually true. They are twitchier at 90+ mph and they don't feel as planted and they are not as controllerble if you start fish tailing. You have to back out of it a bit with the SWB to get it back under control (which is possibly why I bumped the tree with one of my SWB's) with the LWB you just keep your foot in and steer and it will collect it self back up. As a Race car project I think the LWB is a better option, but as a fun to drive car I think I prefer the SWB.

EBC Brakes 15% Off & Free Delivery
Yep but EBC discs warp if you are a bit enthusiastic. had them once and they warped in a week so they replaced them and a fortnight later judder judder warps again. So had Mintex next time no problem. I always go for Brembo, AP or Mintex discs now.

Cruise Control?
I thought all series 2 TT's had cruise control SWB and LWB as optional extra, and all uk cars had it has standard.

Nismo alloy
Luck!! That was pure spaun, but I'm please for ya matey. Just wish things like that would happen to me. I'd have spent weeks searching up and down the country, not found one so replaced the wheels. Sold 2 to someone for drag stripping and then they'd ring me up and say" your so lucky we've just found once". :headvswal

Who's crashed in notts?
Wet Greasey roads, cold tyres and a blip of throttle going over a manhole and you can be catching the back end. It you were too relaxed in city traffic mode you may be taggled up before you wake up. Saw it a guy in a Porsche do it last year. I really felt sorry for him because he was so embarased. Any no body hurt that the main thing.

Dashboard gauge pod...
Not all the Stillen centre pods are Handed. The Stillen centre pod that Nend is selling is not handed. ie the clocks dont turn towards the LH diver position. So that will work in LH or RH. The Centre pod that I have and shown earlier in this thread is a copy of the Stillen pod that is Handed, but the guys in Aus that made them made them RH.

D2 stuff is top quality. I looked at getting these calipers about three years ago, but the Dollar exchange rate wasn't so favourable then.
