Can someone confirm correct wheel and tyre sizes for me please for 19" rims. PCD & ET and assuming wider rears is 19" x 8.5 for front and 19" x 9.5 rear ok? Thanks

I have in mind up to £600 to swap the fronts over to include discs. Are the GTT callipers much bigger than stock ZX ones?

My pads and discs are in need of a change so it seems like the time to upgrade the brakes. I only drive the car a few thousand miles a year, don't do track days and so I can't quite reconcile spending £1500+ for a big brake kit despite them looking nice and no doubt a significant improvement. However, looking at buying used Brembo's off a 350Z pus new discs etc doesn't seem to come out much cheaper for second hand stuff. Suggestions please...

Can someone please remind me of the bulb spec for the dip beam on a Jspec, is it H1bc? And any HID kit recommendations? my ageing eyes and the standard candles mean night driving is terrifying these days!

I think these go all the way around the targa opening and down the door. If it is those, then I am pretty sure I have a decent set from a breaker I had.

I'm sure I saw somewhere on here a while back a conversion on the bonnet using the tailgate struts ? Or did I dream this up?! As the bonnet is so much lighter than the tailgate one ought to do the trick I would think. Anyone done this? Also anyone done a single wiper conversion? I hate the after thought look of the wipers on the Z. As I never drive it in the wet I could just throw them away :wacko:

flexible vinyl paint. used it on several cars over years. Failing that I can lift the trim off my breaker and send it you...that way you can get back on the beer!

I could be up for this if the sun is out..yes that rare ball of orangieness that sometimes appears! Have to get the Z out for run at some point!... the last two years my limited mileage of 4000 pa has been farcicaly high!!! Though I hvae at leat postponed selling a kidney to fuel the thing. as above. I have had the dreaded notice through. Normally in the past I have just held my hands up and thought yep thats fair enough no point arguing but this time I knew the van was there. The sneaky buggers- hide the otherside of a bridge which has two lanes into one into a 30..which also no longer runs past a school as it used to as the brdige was moved several years ago.... I digress. I know I was watching the speed long beofre I came over the bridge and the car in front was going slowly enough as well and oncoming traffic was warning everyone on my side. So this time I am sowmehat adamant i was not dong 41 in a 30! I fear it may just be easier to go fair enough, cough the £60 and take the 3 points than to argue it....being cynical I suspect they rely on this!

I am going leather but wondering about the rest of the panels /dash that are just normal black trim. never seen it so just weighing up options
