Zerocooldel has his number n must have the address as his mate was picking up a wiper from him he also said this fella works not too far from him. Also spoke with mr feeny this morn he say`s this guy came all the way down but not 2 weeks ago to buy a gearbox from him..prob with all our cash! Said was nice fella n all that n maybe something`s happened as didn`t seem the type, so although this is asking a lot we need somebody local to see this man. yeah my paypal comes under this method of payment, not sure if covered,but technically think it`s between you n paypal then paypal and the seller and the seller must agree to the rules/contract they place on transactions..they warn monies can be retracted at a later date etc. but from a bank directly wouldn`t have thought any help forthcoming.

Well i paid him on the 5th of may:shock: just checked, what with holidays etc. didn`t realise been that long.. so paypal ain`t helping me but i will report him if needed and take steps of my own. UPDATE. just checked small print, looks like 45days from transaction using paypal and they can reverse trans. after the event, even if monies have been paid and drawn.
