20 clips! no, only need the ones for your turbo n boost pipes, do you know the size? if you get decent ones i,ll have some too. oh n just had a thought, that odd piping..bet he had a boost controller that he,s removed hence the loop and it,ll be the same on the other side.

try 01245 290808 they do hydraulic stuff n clips etc. to answer your text guages off ebay they,re a bit poo though, get good ones, made the holder out of oasis, flower arranging stuff as a temp measure

0.42 is the throttle damo, and yes it is right. your idle was fine, replace the clips n vac lines first, then see. Oh n get decent jets not those pieces of poo. sorry for bad punctuation, french computer, can,t find half the buttons..merde! Oh n i,m a bit tiddly n bored, everybodys asleep

Yeah damo played the noise down the phone to me , it was pretty loud and aggressive, so no way on earth a blast would have been helpful without actually being present at the car to assess, too much of a risk. looks like car`s been chipped in the past, jetted up n mucked about with.Christ knows who put the jets in..more bodge than the irish fella from fawlty towers.He needs to get rid if the bad lines n start again. Least it don`t stall round corners now. Got a dead o2 sensor,trips dead & coolant looks like mud.Hicas needs investigation.Damo made the classic mistake when buying this car n i`ll let him tell you...unless you guess first! yeah check the hoses are all done up tight, could be getting air in the system. I had a loose clip, made it groan on full lock.

ok pop round thursday after 3 n i`ll be in, i can check using laptop for faults then have a root around see if we can find the leak. must be a biggie for it to stall. Will call mr p n see when he`s about or he can p.m me either way.

if you rev when cold they should move a bit..don`t think they have a heating element,,isn`t that glow plugs? All they do is help adjust mixture

If you have a vented nose panel, then i suppose rain could enter the maf that would cause probs, but should still start. There`s a lot of connections! Once you do get it going provided it`s due to water/damp, i`ve found spraying ignition sealer on battery/elec connectors very helpful. hope you get it sorted

They have thread lock on them. Wrap a towel or similar around it, use big grips n persevere... they are a bugger to remove!
