Fekkin things in the shed eatin all me products - had to put everything in big ass containers. Some got in the house through the airbricks - killed em and meshed up the bricks - so far so good..... now I got em under bonnet of car!!!! Moved car other day after it had been stood a bit under cover, to see some finely shredded blackstuff under?? Anyways been running car and not happy with how its running so just ordered some bits from Zcentre. Just popped bonnet to see the vacuum hoses Im gonna replace and theyve been partly eaten through - along with the black covering on one of the HICAS pipes!!! Think its been and gone now as car is back in use.... Gonna fit new pipes and keep my eye on whats going off.......

Yesterday ordered a new set of HID's (mine died a while ago - and I went back to normal bulbs - regret it totally as now cant see owt at night). Also ordered from Zcentre a Fuel line kit (smell of fuel in cabin) and a vacuum line kit to start replacing all my lines under bonnet...... Hoping to tart up the engine bay on zed a little at a time....

Id remove the steering lock and fit a hidden switch to make "live" rather than use key as I cant see the point of using a key and not just giving it that final turn to start :)

Id throw the tyre weld away - Ive been told if you use that the tyre can never be repaired afterwards anyway - I got a puncture and called AA out and they took wheel away and got it repaired. I spose the tyre weld means you can carry on driving but you will need a new tyre afterwards.

Took zed out yesterday for a blast. Not been out in it for a while due to work, bikes etc.... forgot just how much I love that car!! :) Gonna get myself a DA Polisher I think and try and get paintwork buffed up. Then Im gonna set meself the task of cleaning engine bay over winter....

glad I bought my wide arch already done, gotta admit, Id struggle with amount of money/work to get it done if I hadn't got it already

there is an app called "forum" for reading newsgroup forums like this in cbulletin for the iphone. Cant get it to work with this forum tho? Are you guys just using safari and browsing to 300zx.co.uk or are you using some other app/software?

Anyone used this stuff? I have and think its spot on. From cleanyourcar.co.uk and other sites - youtube up snow foam. Paid £45 for a bottle that fits on the end of the karcher and £14 for some snow foam (5 litres) - foam the car, leave for 5 mins then hose off! All the detailers are doing it as if you stay on top you dont actually need to rub your car with cloth/sponge thus avoiding cleaning marks/scratches.

Got several different ones for Iphone etc that support VBulletin forums = however the 300zx.co.uk forum doesn load in any of them.... Any ideas? dont always have access to pc and reading the forums on the phone would be fantastic. Cheers

car cover is what Im looking for - however want a black one - nearly all of them seem to be tyvek and are silver. Anyone know of a black one? Dont like to kill owt me but these are pushing my limits..... Stopped em this morning by putting wipers up (like when your washing window) and hanging bags off - seems to be working. Anyone know/recommend a good car cover in black?

washed car this morning and put rustly bags over the wipers to scare it and just heard something!!!! sat on the bloody bag - crapped on car again!!! ran out (well hobbled out) and shouted and it just sat there till I could nearly touch the fecker!!!!! the browning seems a good idea - might have a prob with getting one - the owl however..... I'll have to try that - even tho Ive heard of corws chasing off birds of prey

Every morning coming outside to find crows attacking my car! aparrently theyre in breeding season and attack refelections! they started attacking windows of house - the incessant tapping and flapping I handled - but the car, now thats different!!!! pic attached of the sorta sh*t im putting up with!! Was looking for a black car cover but seems I can only get weatherproofs in silver - gonna have to go and get one! Just about to take delivery tomorrow of missus's new car - a 56 plate sport freelander in gloss black!!!! - just paid £400 for that coating to protect paint - I can see that lasting all of 2 days! so P*ssed off!!!!

just got this app for my Iphone 3gs - looks pretty good and seems to be comparable to G-Techs results (according to the blurb, youtube and ratings). Anyone know the weight of a import SWB with wide arch kit fitted (mine to be precise :) ? Wikipedia throws up 1496 kg (3300 lb) for the standard 2 seater Not sure how much extra weight the filler would take my car. I junked the air con pump so that may make up for the amount of filler?
