  12. mate, I think it looks sound, I had to remove my side window tints from my poopra - gutted when I done it. Looking at your car now - suits it matey, looks absolutely fine - I personally like the rear 3/4 tinted and would now leave it as is.

  18. with all the talk of decatting - thought Id post this. I may have posted it yesterday but Id had a bit too drink and cant find the post :) On a TT is it a good idea? I done it to me last one and am sure thats what killed my turbo seals?
  19. Would anyone who has a wide arch kit be able to photograph the petrol cap for us so I can see what its meant to look like. Pretty please :)
  20. Arches were done when I bought it matey, think theyre strosek. Is it normal for there to be small gap on cap. I thought It should have a rubber seal and seal real tightly. May have to remove rear wheel and unscrew shrouding and have a little look soon.
  21. Ive noticed Im losing petrol through or around the filler cap. It seems to be when I drive car hard, I stop and I have a patch of petrol around the cap on the rear arch. Is the cap meant to have a rubber seal on it? It turns and locks but can still be moved out by a couple of mm. Or does it sound like a breather problem? Cheers
  22. pmsl@Dave, what did you do mate - forget to take em out the oven :)
  23. Cheers bud, Ive just bit the bullet tho and ran out and tried some liquid black shoe shine - worked wonders - polished off excess with tissues - seems ok - proof of the pudding will be when my wife gets in the car in light clothes :)
  24. Swapped my leather seats into my swb. Looks good apart from they are pretty badly cracked from wear. What do you guys use to try and disguise the white crack marks. I was gonna try some boot polish but fear it will come off all over the missuses clothes :)
  25. as Legrath said "Quality" I had some component speakers fitted in my red un. - Forgotten name but cheap crap. components in my new shortie (Kenwood & Pioneer) sounds awesome - so much so I dont need me boot sub/amp.
