I'll pull them off and write on them what side there from, hopefully if not raining I'll do it at the weekend. I have meister r but never driven with them yet, I know u liked them looking oem and thought u may be the same with suspension lol no hard rough bumpy ride.

I know u really like your oem stuff but something like meister r would come with new ones...

Im not to sure whats failed, but if u need one I have another zed with these on. It drove fine with them but obviously there used u can have them for free...

The bolts that go through hinge into tbe door have a sleeve on them and there is a washer on the hinge that once the door is lined up it is tack welded so if u take the door off it will go back in its original position, If u unbolt it from the body side its a pain in the arse to get back right, When I took mine off I took the welds off then position the doors better and re tacked them. The top and bottom hinges are different, but if u have worn drivers door hinges and find a scrapper the passanger hinges work on drivers door just turn them around, Top hinge on passenger becomes bottom on driver etc. And the passenger door hinges are normally less worn. My drivers door would line up spot on with glass down and no rubbers but soon has I did windows up and put rubbers on and shut the door it looked like door had dropped, The play in the hinge was letting the door push away.

dont they have different profiles, would that make a difference to how wide they are or look. But surely they should be wider lol...

I would not have just changed the plates over, would have gone the route they wanted, But it looks like it cant be done unless a (new) shell is used, so Im not even gonna bother trying lol, just though would be nice to have a newer plate, Thanks for all the replies.

They look great, a standard height z is a mission to jack up and when there lowered a right pain in the arse. Looks like they go high too, 2 sets would be perfect lol.

Hi, Was looking at double din stereo on eBay for when my car is eventually back on the road. And noticed sime android versions, I have a galaxy s4 and would love a stereo dvd player with like google maps, netflix etc on it. Be like a little tablet thing in the car. The named ones like kenwood, alpine, sony etc don't mention android, But theres cheaper ones which do, some are from hong kong, Really wanted to know whats out there cause i haven't really been in to stereos and had just a plain cd player in my zed. Are the ebay ones cheap cause there crap anyone tried one... Any help appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks for all the help but looks a bit of a nightmare to be honest, I think it would just be easier to leave it and buy a plate that is allowed. Bloody cars lol...

So probably not worth it then, im not to fussed with registration but thought if it was easy enough it would make the zed look newer and use newer personal plates.

The shell ive used is the h registration, the one u had the hub off is the r reg.

I think it must be an import error cause it dont look newer and has older interior etc, im an mot tester so could likely test both cars, Not to fussed if it can't be done but I've used nearly every thing off the breaker so was thinking can I not say I re shelled it and want to use original plates, not just change plates like a personal plate.

I guys, I have 2 zeds one is a donor, the one im keeping is an h reg and the one im breaking is an r reg. Can I put the r reg plate on the h reg I've used nearly all the bits from it. Was reading a thread about personal plates and if I had the r reg plate could use a lot newer plates etc. If its possible what would I have to do... Any help appreciated, Thank you.

The rear spoiler I prefer to 99spec but seems a lot of people hate it, My 99spec front bumper has spider web marks when I fitted it, think he didn't use the plasticiser, he said he will do it again, he heated it to high and it went out of shape, which I think made fitting it hard cause I had to bend it a lot. If it cracks again is there anything use could do to stop it doing it. I reckon it needs stripping right back, and all the stages with plasticiser. Could a bumper be sent to u, painted and sent back.

I got these wheels to go on... And I have some bits for the engine, Gt2560 turbos, 88mm weisco pistons, Eagle rods, denso 850 injectors, Downpipes, So it should go well too, hoping 500bhp...

That took long enough they should be lol I measured them; the distance both sidss of each bit and there all has close as I could get them.
