i used to run Avon ZZ3 on my 18s - Ive currently got Nexen 3000s on my 19s! certainly not performance but they'll do until I can afford some propor tyres :o

may sound bizarre but whenever i OVER-sleep i get groggy, like when ive got a couple of days off work with nothing to do - going bed late, getting up late - i get so lethargic. on the flip side of that, I often do my main gym session on Wednesdays - famously (at least for me) the lowest point of the week - I always have to force myself to go to the gym, but as soon as I get started I feel great and all the tiredness goes, and needless to say i have a cracking nights sleep from then on!

f***ing ebay :mac1: when you post it mate choose the most secure method, even if it means spending more - so you have proof of posting. ive been burned enough times as a genuine seller on ebay - forced into using registered delivery every time just because of the tiny minority, and now for some categories you cant even claim postage costs off the buyer :slap:
