i got absolutely sod all - not even an owners manual!

ok to cut to the chase: a) installed A-pillar pod with gauges (not hooked up to senders yet but backlights work ok :cool: ) b) on two occasions now over the past couple of months when its been raining hard overnight, my alarm has triggered on several occasions for no apparent reason. normally i have no problem with it at all. c) ive got a leaky roof d) the morning after one of these incidents i turned a sharp corner and got a splash of rainwater from below my top gauge in the pod. simple question - is rainwater getting down the inside of the A pillar and finding its way into the wiring and triggering the alarm? the connections are wrapped in electrical tape but even so could this happen?

barely any difference TBH. ignore web site stats - there's seconds difference between each one for any car not just the 300. just buy a nice car from our forum. sod the year :cool:

hmm nice car the GT4s but some of the comments on that forum were a little OTT (DEMOLISH him??? :confused: have you SEEN the spec of the 300 :confused: )

i started off by winning an auction similar to this. i was well happy with what i received - in the end it was a JWT chip. together with the jets I was grinning for months with the performance upgrade! wasnt the same seller tho. price is very very good, as long as the chip works!!!

10 seconds :confused: 3 more like! no tailgating unfortunately - apparently the traffic around this blind corner was queued up so when my mate thought it safe to pass through the lights he and this car that was directly in front of him which had also passed through the ambers (albeit early ambers) were both suddenly slowed as they turned the corner and joined the queue.

a mate of mine received a NIP claiming he jumped a red. he requested photo evidence and got three pictures on a sheet of A4 paper. first one shows the lights red with all of his car PAST the white line bar the rear wheels. second one (timed within the same second) shows him ahead of the line and turning the left corner. third one just a close-up of first piccie so you can see the reg plate. he thought he left it a little late (obviously) but the majority of his car was over the line while the lights were amber. any ideas where he stands guys? does the first picture show the exact millisecond the lights went red and if so what does the law say about how much of the car should be past the line for it to be an offence?

bl00dy hell Mac. Fair play to the guy for just shrugging it off and getting on with it. ive seriously felt like getting rid of the Z on 3 occasions in the past 2 years, due to relatively small things - but fire in the engine bay and brnad new exploding gearboxes.... :eek: :eek:

EEEEEEEHHHHHHH?????? ok those two posts weren't on there yesterday. i replied to FunkySi's post - i'm not completely stupid or am i? n.e.way ive just been out and checked it over (first time its been out its bubble wrap) and yep it looks like the one in the photo. cheers for that Rich. hasnt got the fancy bits in the back corners tho but tbh im happy with it (as long as the booger fits)
