  1. lol, if only we'd have used more economical cars and methods of production millions of years ago - and not used standby on our HDTV sets. ;) hmm yes im a little sceptical about the US ones - they dont half need their 'gas' dont they?
  2. i'd be careful running higher boost considering how hot it can get around Trinidad! big front-mount with chilled water injection might be the order of the day! a nice spec there tho.
  3. i think you'll approach 500 at the flywheel with that spec - if chipped, boosted, mapped and RR'd correctly ;)
  4. fecking what?? im going to be having nightmares about that freakshow for the rest of my life now  i think Nick needs to sign a special contract saying "I promise I will not scare off any more 300ZX members with my scary shit clips". and dont pretend thats not you with the great green todger on your head either! :nono:
  5. foookin hell mate what spec you got? sounds like we got a bit of an avid gamer here (lucky barsteward ;) ]
  6. dont worry fella - ive spent £8k on her since buying her 3.5 years ago for £6k - half mods, half repair  ( :hyper: )
  7. ok it seems to be working ok now (touch wood - fingers crossed etc.) Oblivion worked fine, and after rebooting i got my mouse back  i think it'll take a while before i 'trust' it again :p
  8. ok im back on my normal computer - the PSU is a bitch cos its got so many damn wires coming out of it that its like a plate of spaghetti inside the computer! the older PSU (that went bang!) was modular so you could only plug in the leads that you needed which was much better. no melting smell coming from the psu which is good. only problem is: i lost my mouse pointer! tried the mouse in each usb slot and although the mouse is 'there' on the screen, in that i can click and drag, i cant see the pointer. ive turned on pointer trails - i can see the trails but not the original pointer. also on startup the screen was full of white dashes - this leads me to believe a bit of damage has been done to the gfx card. im going to fire up a graphics-intensive game and see what happens. hmm....
  9. right the replacement is here now. im going to power this pc off - fit the replacement, and find out how much of my motherboard and gfx card are left :o wish me luck!
  10. pmsl, it should have a flippable lid to act as either contraception or 'free-flow'
  11. lol, its not the first time that auto trader have buggered up the photos - in fact it happens quite often! :xxx:
  12. lol that sounds a bit dodgy Mike - he means Ive already seen the clip elsewhere :p honest!
  13. what, the current stig (or one of them?)

ouch i felt that!! what a nob.
  15. lol, ahem at least someone knows its there :o [the toilet thread was a pi$$take btw] i think there are bucketloads in non-Z-related that need to go here. ;)
  16. lol that was really good - end was funny but a bit unbelievable ;)
  17. urgh thats horrible :hurl: i bet all the girls thought they were 'on'
  18. WTH is that about???? the guys even LOOKED gay. they werent even doing anything, just prancing and mincing about! i go to body pump once or twice a week and usually im the only guy there - what a shame
  19. you know what i think i like that. i wouldnt own it, but at the risk of a beating i think that paintjob works. put it this way its far better than a lot ive seen!
  20. if Carl's not got it right, are all the bits you ordered closely related?
  21. btw i wasnt talking about you mate. ive got a big wodge of stuff to be installed - the shifter being one of them. thanks for the offer Darren - im trying to find the back end of Mickeys work queue so i'll see what he says about it. i'll give you a shout mate if i do need it. Tony they are shorter gear levers so they 'reduce throw by up to 40%' i think they all advertise. i think the bushing is worn out on my current lever and its a real bugger to get into first sometimes so hopefully this'll fix it too.
  22. 2fast2cool - sounds tacky but he's got hundreds of positive comments.
  23. well the testers said that the part was faulty (i gathered that when it exploded). but theyve refunded me when i asked for a replacement. turns out the price of that part has jumped up £20 since i purchased it last year :nono: so ive gone for the next one up - a 550w. hopefully this one's a little more reliable.
  24. well the kit came through today - looks like a solid bit of gear. the seller says that this particular kit does not require the circlip, so we'll wait and see what the expert says ;)
