Anybodys on here??
He sounded like a bit of a "geezer", just started a new business and was very keen to point out that he had spent thousands on the paint and interior in the last few months but then why sell it for such a low price? It stands to reason that if the bodywork was abused the engine was as well I guess. He did say if its not sold on ebay I can view it from Wednesday onwards.

Anybodys on here??
I have just got off the phone to the seller and he is away till Wednesday so it cant be viewed, I thought that when the car was owned by PK1 that it was in good condition, maybe someone that had seen it can confirm that but the seller told me that the body was in poor condition when he got it, hence the respray so maybe whoever owned it between PK1 and this guy abused it???

Anybodys on here??
Just looked at the ad properly and I recognise the car, it use to be Yellow and belong to PK1 if that helps.

Anybodys on here??
Hi bud, not been able to read pm's for over a month now and not sure why so I disabled them to stop people thinking I am ignoring them. I will contact him tonight and see if I can arrange to view it tomorrow evening, give me your email address and I will let you know what I find, will take my conzult along and try to borrow a compression tester if possible.

Anybodys on here??
Well if anyone is interested I will go and take a look at it for them and give my opinion, it is after all a SWB manual TT and might be worth the money.

Suzuki Warranty
Go to another dealer if there is one local vinni, sounds more like the one you tried is not happy with Suzuki or maybe the other way round and he is possibly even loosing main dealer status so is not keen to help, I have owned a few GSXRs from new and never had a problem with warranty work.

Front speakers review
I know a lot of people ask what speakers to get and as I have just picked my car up from the audio shop I thought I would write a short review and hopefully others can add their thoughts on what they have fitted for people to compare. I have had a set of DLS Ultimate UP6 6.5" component speakers and a DLS A2 amp fitted and the clarity and sweetness of the music is awesome, its not a setup made with bass in mind although this is not lacking and is more for clartity and a more natural sound. Total cost was £850 fitted, this included some extra soundproofing work (the car was previously dynamatted) and the car spent 2 days in their workshop running the system in properly, I went in twice in this time, and it really is true that they need to do this, the sound difference was very noticable between the 2 visits.

what power?
Probably about 140 mph and 200bhp in real life.

Whats the top speed on your N/A??
Dave C,  , good to see you back on here.

NA manifolds how much would you pay.
I would say the top ones are ebay and the bottom ones are from Alunox probably. So far I have had the ebay ones, Stillen ones and currently running with the Alunox version. I dont think the ebay ones would last too long before they split / rusted away.

Any N/A owners bought and fitted these?
speedemon, can you email me on rpalmer_uk @ yahoo dot com I may have a suggestion.

Bonnet Louvres...
Not really, just give him the bonnet and he will cut the stiffeners out before he does the louvres, all included in the price.
-
Bonnet Louvres...
Thank you, its taken 5 years and a lot of work to get to that stage and it helps make it worth while when people make nice comments.
-
Bonnet Louvres...
You can choose width, how many and what angle, the only real constriction is the strengtheners underneath the bonnet, I had one cut away so the louvres couls be placed where I wanted them, and so did James when he had his done (thats the one that Wozzer has now)
-
Bonnet Louvres...
The hardest part is deciding where to have them cut, once its done theres no turning back, they look very subtle in real life, the first picture was taken purposely to show them off, the second picture is a better representation of how they look.

Bonnet Louvres...
Coollouvres, cost about £100, will need to have the bonnet repainted after its done, he only works Saturday mornings, you go down, he takes the bonnet off and an hour later you have louvres.

- NA, TT pros & cons
Own nearly all variants, TT NA SWB LWB manual and auto, I used my LWB auto round London for 2 years as a daily drive and it was spot on, its the only way to go for a daily drive IMO.- Advice on Golf GTi 16v mk3 - Any Good?
I had loads of trouble with the rear brakes on mine and talking to others its seems to be fairy common, the handbrake mechanism seizes and causes MOT failure or brakes to seize on the rear. Other than that the gearboxs that you mentioned are the only other common thing I can think of.- How to Cleaning Apexi intake?
Should of bought a Blitz, rub over with chrome cleaner and it looks like new. :D- Scooch
They certainly were cheesy, but I think to be honest this contest is more about being cheesy than being serious, if you can watch it for what its meant to be then its bearable. Personally, I am just totty hunting.- Scooch
I will keep you informed on which ones to watch out for so you dont miss them while making the coffee. ;)- Scooch

As for the trim, a complete new one is £!!!!!!, if you need the top piece the only place to go is Nissan, the lower part you can also get a universal one from any Autoglass place, its not identical to the Nissan one but close and cost arond £20, or I have the lower piece in very good condition but its shrunk so you would have to put up with a 5 - 10mm gap at the top, but at least it would be free. - NA, TT pros & cons
