Are these brake discs+pads ok ?
Ebc discs are ok as long as you dont track the car or anything, i did use a set and they cracked, however they didnt crack on the track they cracked on the road the next time i used the car from a track day so the heat probaly weakend/destroyed them ah well.

Q45 maf next to z32 maf, comparison.
Well it will need to be mapped and a few parameters changed, John Dixon knows all this..... Im going to adapted my spare z32 intake flange to fit and il have to use a silicon reducer and bit of 80mm pipe to fit it all to together for when i get the car mapped il keep it in the car on the way up so its all ready and waiting, first i need to find this boost problem, im hoping its leaky recircs.

Q45 Maf just arrived, its huge, i can put the z32 maf inside this one lol..... Managed to get hold of the pigtail too which is good....

recirc/bov/bungs sizes needed please :D who knows?
Will do andy, it really is a piss easy thing to do though. Its the stock recircs themselves that leak internally, over time the springs weaken and the diaphragms split..... ooo just to add my Q45 maf just arrived ;)

Rear light polishing?
Its easy, get some 1200 paper on there, make it all matt then bring it back up with a good compound then a polish compound.....

Keep all that pipe, it can come in handy for other things, trust me ;)

AIV removal
Some of the pipes go into an aiv solenoid fook knows what it does when it goes in there though... maybe it makes breakfast?

I am ridding of the stock recircs completely and fitting inplace one bov between the two with a balance bar T'ed off in the middle. ;)

i know mt90 is the preferred gearbox oil but what
Thats what i was going to say, The oil is pretty thick so once you see it weeping out give it another good squirt then as quick as you can put the bung back in..... I use a small syringe pump with a long tube to get mine in.... The tube is quite fat so it blocks the opening stopping oil from coming out, if you can find a perfect tube with the same OD as the filler hole then your onto a winner. But anyway it did start to seep out the propshaft end anyway so doresnt work really...

You dump all that crap the tanks the chunky pipes the pipes going into the exhaust etc etc, u just gota make sure the small 4mm pipes from the plenum and aiv solenoids are going back into the plenum somehow, ah i cant remember to well i did mine ages ago.......

recirc/bov/bungs sizes needed please :D who knows?
no problem mate, after extensive research and continuous forum/reading, searching i have come to the conclusion that z32 stock recircs are sh1t..... mainly due to their age and design.... Once again im thinking about doing something different, ive decided to plumb in one BOV between the stock recirc location, ive had to buy some extra pipework which i will be joining both sides of the stock resirc position and T'ing it off with a BOV, I managed to source a dual piston Bailey's BOV for £35 this should also give me extra balance within the pressure system if i decided to go with the dual intake system, this should hopefully rid of my boosting restricting problems. I may actually fit an extra Baileys bov inline with the other just to be sure im dumping a safe amount of used pressure to atmosphere. Im aware of the over fueling probs bov's have with air flow meters due to dumping to atmosphere instead of back into the intake side of the system which can make things a little lumpy coming off boost but hopefully John Dixon can sort out these problems when its remapped. Does anyone know if i can T off the two 4mm hoses and fit it ontop of the BOV? btw they are the hoses that used to fit at the tops of the recircs

recirc/bov/bungs sizes needed please :D who knows?
You lot are useless lol, Ok the bottom piping is 34-35mm The top piping which needs to be bunged up is 28mm so you could use a 30mm bung and bung it over the outside of the metal ic pipe or use a 28mm bung and bung it inside the stock rubber hose and clamp it up choice is yours. Well anyway today i did a number of tests to figure out why i can only boost to 17psi. Im still baffed..... I did however try a number of things with the ebc with no success however i can say the ebc is working correctly and its something else apart from the piping and ebc. The ebc set to 0% will boost me at 10-11 psi now with it at 100% it will only boost me to 17psi.... I ran the car with the actuator pipes disconnected and the other end blocked up to see how much boost i could push with the actuators fully shut, still only 17psi this now points me towards either the recircs letting pressure out or a boost leak, ive done a number or boost leaks and there are none, i may have to test at 17 psi to see what happens. I have now removed the recircs and im going to install Some bov's to see if these are the problem.... Anyone have any ideas?

recirc/bov/bungs sizes needed please :D who knows?
heres a question, if the hose from the ebc to the plenum is too small would it be unable to send a correct pressure reading to set the boost high enough? do small pipes have a max psi... think this could be the problem as my hose inside the car is tiny.

You could fit a pipe from both sides and T it off and fit one BOV im sure that would work but it may not release as much pressure as it should.

recirc/bov/bungs sizes needed please :D who knows?
Ilpost up the size when I know, it's not a good idea to block the system off entirely very bad for the turbos mate, there is a reason Nissan fitted recircs
