dodgy tps? do a diagnostic!! dodgy speed sensor or something along those lines, i dnt know much about the autobox, just do a manual conversion :D

The system wont hold pressure for long it does escape. A crappy compressor wont be up for the job u need a better one.

Theres a little half circle cut out on the chips and it must be fitted in the same postion as the half cirle on the board or socket, am i right? what would happen if it were fitted incorrectly?

yep bikes are seriously quick, most 1000cc will hit 80 in 1st gear that only takes about 4 seconds. Theres no room for error at that kinda acceleration.

Diff bushings. subframe bushings new so ive come to the conclusion my diff has had it ;)

Im not happy with my TT diff, its very noisy jerking and clunky was thinking of something with a higher ratio but i dont wanna loose to much top end so i suppose its one or the other then?
