  1. Sorry buddy yer mail was deleated before i read it all, contact me again. Tried search in your name and nothing comes up  cheers smithy
  2. Piece of p**s to fit, if the car is on level ground then there is only minimal loss of fluid/water, so simply remove clips and top hose and refit the new one then top up water level, 10mins should see yer all done and you don't have to have the boss fitted on the pipe, we only do these for guys with aftermarket temp gauges if asked. cheers smithy
  3. Andy, no probs with engine or rad flexing as the pipe finishes short of any other connections by 20mm and the silicone is nearly 3inches long at each end, so hardly any stiffer than stock ;) cheers smithy
  4. Yep had mine for about 2 years now, mutts nutts :D smithy
  5. Macca, it;s Fast car, not Max power we never use them. The pic ain't the best cos the panel is so bleedin shiny and we only got a 7 where as normally we get a 8 or 9, doh !! cheers smithy
  6. Having sold many Mongooses to you guys, not one person has complained about quality at all, one small problem about fitting due to an incorrect bend, other than that shit hot and good value for the money, Powerflow however whilst they use quality stainless in their backboxes this is not the case from what i've seen and researched as regards the main pipe work, have seen many crimps/creases on the bends after being done in their machine as they can not use mandrel bends, the wall thickness is questionable and is the actual quality of pipework, there are many grades of stainless and the tubes are reported to be off the cheapest available, very bad surface rust, ask around to the places in the know about exhausts before you buy a Powerflow, for the money it ain't bad, but thats as far as i would go with them. cheers smithy
  7. Yeah i know not very professional, but me desk was such a mess when it got tidied today and the vital bit of paper was binned. so did you buy a single pod trim and boost gauge of me a few days ago ? text me on 07624-490098 and i'll call yer back, sos cheers smithy
  8. Gulp !!! well it should be in Fast car mag, they have been showing our goodies now for past 3 months, glad yer like it though which ever mag it is. cheers smithy

I used it last nite, still no reply as yet, which is desperately needed. smithy
  11. No worries Stu, glad it arrived in time, will have yer fuel lines out end of week too. Macca, hope it fits yer buddy, forgot you were a big lad :D smithy
  12. Simon Norris of Norris Designs is in Wiltshire, knows some about Zeds, depends on what yer after, Interpro in Bristol used to do all the work for Paul Bailey and so know a fair bit, especially Dave Griffiths. smithy
  13. Stu, what Mac is selling is totally clear version of the Jap spec indicator/side lights, these side lights are well bright and you notice that straight away, simply remove your dummies, unplug the harness from your stock lights and plug in and fit the unit in, dead easy and quick to do, you'll be impressed, these are what i sell for £125 and Mac's selling his for something like 75 squids, bargain fella ;) smithy
  14. Jeff i fitted mine as per the instructions on twinturbo .net, dunno the link, sos, but not to hard to do. cheers smithy
  15. Paul, sos about yer little accident, double yellows should have no bearing on what happend, the owner of the other car was clearly careless in their driving, irrespective of where you were, simple as ! cheers smithy
  16. See another little write up on the J A E meet from July, couple of piccies of some nice Zed engines, especially the one on the bottom of the page, wonder who's is that one :D :D smithy

O ber Jesus, could have swore it was there, once :D Must be on the new site i was thinking off, promise it will be on that one, however if the query form or mail ain't yer bag, phone is 01624-677424 ( but i'm never here :D ) well someones gotta go out and do the work, best bet other than e-mail or PM is simply text me yer name and item of interest and i'll call yer back usually within an hour or so, 07624-490098 cheers smithy
  18. Mark, all Courtsey stuff comes FEDEX in a few days, duties bill arrives a few days later, even if they ship to Phoung, they use courier service and then from him on to you, so may work out dearer, as an example of prices, a clutch and flywheel kinda weight is gonna cost around £75 to come over and that's a 10-12 day service, can sort you out clutches no probs as i always have em coming in from states and would work out cheaper and easier than all the messing around. mail me if interested. cheers smithy
  19. Hi Mac, not quite but near enough, so have decided to go ahead. replied to yer mail other day too. cheers smithy:cool:
  20. Well after much deliberating, have decided to do it, as the cost to make the first set is nearly a grand ( setting up and tooling) and there after made in batches of 40, hence why i needed feed back from the guys here first and from my guy in states who i supply stuff to, also the indiglo company have a setting up cost, gees just hope they sell. cheers smithy
  21. Jeff, Ian from Hiteq does em with the engine in all the time, still takes around the same amount of time though he reckons, customer of mine from this forum was telling me this week he did his own turbo swap with engine in, forget his name now so hopefully he'll see this and respond. Mailed yer re your bits. cheers smithy
  22. Well we're not doing to bad here, with the interest above and those who have mailed me, we are up to around 16 a few more would kinda do it, i can't produce a set to show first simply cos the tooling and setting up cost is just shy of a grand, all i can do is say they will be as nice if not better than those in the pic, so a few more and i'll get em made and just pray you guys luv em enough to buy em ;) cheers smithy
  23. Ah right now i know, will remember that for the next time and certainly yes it's only function is brighten up a rather dark looking engine bay (see pic) after other more important factors of modifying have been done, but as they say "each to their own" those guys who like looks as wel as the performance, are my kinda guys :D So who out there bought one of these bloody things of me ? cheers smithy
  24. Go on then, what's HEAVY mean, smithy
  25. Okay earlier on this year i sold 2 of these fuse box cover lids, see attached pic, can't remember who, are you on this board, if so please mail me or reply here, many thanks as ever smithy
