I've took the radiator off....
Hi mate, whilst rad is out, turn it upside down and stick a hose pipe in so as to try and flush the bolt out, i would expect the head to have got lodged in the core, obviously you've got the rubber rad pipes off and flushed them through ? still no sign, then seeing as the worst is done, the 2 alloy water inlet pipes are removed with a large allen key ( i think 10mm??) you may as well remove them to check inside there as well and of course here you will see the thermostat. Oh and new bolts are in post to yer. smithy

Will it damage the car to drive with the maf disconected????
My car idles perfectly well when the MAF is removed as well, however i would certainly not drive it this way. When my car some time ago suffered stalling problems, it was one of the blanks on the re-circs that had popped out, so a major leak, best try one of Vijay's boost leak detectors 1st and then the ECU temp sensor when cruddy can make her run like a bag of sh*te due to over fuelling, but deffo leak tester 1st. smithy

Disc size for 300 and r34 gtr?
The GTR discs AND calipers will bolt straight on if it's the 33 model, 34 model is shorter bolts or something like that, sure someone will confirm. If however it's GTR sized discs ONLY being used with our calipers, then you need a special mounting bracket. I believe 300mm is the biggest you can go without needing a bracket to mount. smithy

TT radiator
Bottom coolant pipe is the same, top coolant pipe is slightly different, though you could use a 45 deg silicone bend that i often sell to N/A owners. or do a blue peter jobbie on your existing. smithy

big brakes
I had them machined myself as it was quicker and easier, a local machine shop who do this sort of thing all the time done em for me for 30 quid the pair. No think my antera's being many years old and no longer made would be different mate.

big brakes
1.5K for the complete kit mate, however even though they are meant to fit 18" wheels, which i have, we had to get 5mm machined off the height of the disc to fit inside my Antera's and leave the required few mm space between caliper and inside of rim. They also do a 343mm version if needed. cheers smithy

JAE Billing V Peterborough??????
I think Peterborough, but only just. In it's plus sides, the tarmac roads in between the grass sections is a bonus during long periods of rain, Billing is mostly grass ( i've been going for 7 years and boy it gets water logged!) Having such a vast area means theres room for growth, which JAE has grown every year. The area for showing cars driving round the arena is good, billing used to do this but stopped. Being it's 1st year and competing against billing itself, i think wasn't too bad, give it a couple of years and i think we'll all be saying EOE is best ;) smithy

Where is it comin from!!
Join the club mate, mines been leaking on and off for 4 years now  My next suggestion is as the cam pulley has been running not true for so long, it really needs a new bearing at the back which can a right piaa! Am discounting breather problems, (at the mo) as i've not suffered problems with the rear crank seal leaking or oil dipstick trying to pop out. Am thinking of sticking another head on at this rate :( smithy

Aftermarket gauges questions
I got the apexi electrical water temp and though pricey, sure is nice :) reads around 75-82 depending on driving and outside temps and has a warning for temps over 90, so am happy  smithy

Smoking down hill only
Cheers mate, don't suspose you know what excatly is directly above the top water inlet pipe where it connects to the block that might leak oil do yer? cheers smithy

Smoking down hill only
Bit a strange one this, when coming to a downward hill, if i ease of you can just smell oil fumes building up, after a few yards this then becomes a billow of smoke from what seems both exhausts, depending on high long the hill is, depends on how much smoke and fumes, any idea's those who are tech? I do have an oil leak behind cam covers directly above the Ally TOP water inlet pipe to block with sensors on. cheers smithy

Launch control options?
Just spent the day doing 1/4 mile sprints with straightliners.co.uk over here and as much as it was a good day out, i couldn't better 13.33 with an ET of 2.214. Wheel spin was crazy  On the rear I've got Stillen anti roll bar, all bushings are Energy suspension ones, Eibach springs and F1 tyres, any ideas for better grip or is there a launch control kit? cheers smithy
