Check all your hoses. Most of the hoses are now 15 years old as they are not the usual things people replace unless they split. They do get weaker and not able to hold the water pressure in. Most switches/hubs are 8 port. I doubt he will have more than 8 computers networked at once. Besides XP home doesnt allow more then 5 computer to be networked on the same workgroup at once.
