The meeting was good. Nice turn out dispite turning up an hour late becuase of traffic and late arrivals ;) Anyway here are a few pics. I will have to attach them 1 by 1 as I have little web space left, and each needs a little work to make them brighter. Stuart

When my engine is warmed up/hot the engine sounds like its misfiring when I apply just a little bit of throttle. For example I was in traffic (Scoops's fault) and when rising the revs slowly to pull off, reaching about 2,000 rpm and then sounds like its misfiring and wont go any higher unless I put quite a lot of throttle on and then its fine. Any one have any idea what this could be? Fuel starvation? Fuel pump? Maybe not a good spark. Any help welcome :( Stuart

I have Toca 2 on PC somewhere. Toca 1 on the PC 100% had it, but they may have missed it out on the PS1. Wht you want it? Want to learn the track ;) If you are going to a trackday they tend to leave out the top hair pin. Stuart

If you look at the figures, only 2% of all road death are because people where driving too fast. The No1 problem is people misjudging distances. 15% are because pedestrians didnt look. I hear what you say too Simmo. If they did things by stats, mothers would not be allowed to take their children to and from school because, as between the hours of 8:30-9:30 and 3:00-4:30 more than half the speeding tickets, accidents and parking offences are committed by mothers doing the school run. But I am going off the point here. I agree that the whole thing sounds dodgy from the beginning. Meet there some where strange, not at their house and they want cash. Firstly I would not take the money with me. I would go and look at the car first and if then I liked it I would goto the bank first to see get the money. These people are working hoping for peoples desperation to get a good bargin that they dont stop and think about how dodgy thing sound. Stuart

I am sure you can do it on the TC. There are settings soft and hard cut off values. Stuart

Revlimter as in wont go over 2000rpm if you choose so? If so there was something called a valeting mode which does such a thing to stop people taking your car for a spin. I think it was optional though. Stuart

Could be a bad battery, but I have seen a few Zs with mad start motors

If your PVC valves are not working correctly I though pressure would increase, hence the dipstick popping out. My oil filler cap is hard to take off sometimes. Things expand when they get hot so the cap wuld feel tigher. Stuart

It should be piss easy to find these people. For starters they must have paid for the advert in the Auto Trader, which would have been paid for by card or cheque and from that you can easliy find an address and whos doing it. But I think the police are more bothered about catching people doing 4mph over the speed limit than find an armed robber. Stuart

We are striving to become more of an official club, with the all the perks such as cheaper insurance, Recovery cover and such. Also there is a strive for traders to only offer discounts to members, and only members can join in the group buys which could save you anything from £20 to a few hundred on items. I am sure there will be more perks as the club becomes more official and more members join. I am hoping that official club days at a track will come, or like a Chrismas party :D

Toca 1 does have it on. There are 2 tracks, one with the hairpin and one without. You may have to unlock the track. Toca 2 100% does. Stuart

Im possible to say, as there are many factors which effect the oil pressure. Type of oil, oil temperature, revs to name a few things. I think the manual says between 55-70psi at 3000rpm when the engine is at working temperature. Stuart

The a long story short is basically, I helped some one with their web design and they helped me with the Java in a ;) ;) situation. The day came to show the work and I did (Was that other lads but I changed some of it.) but he didnt believe me that I did it, or he wasnt happy that I had recieved help. He would discuss it with the Exam Board and then get back to me. The Exam Board met Thursday 28th Aug and I have still not heard anything, which really is a nice way to top off my experience with Salford University. I have email the university asking what is happening. I have yet to recieve a reply. Stuart

The lights are above the plate. Where the area where the plate is is indented. Its on the top part of the indent. YOu use a screw driver to do it. ;) Stuart
