loud tappet
What oil do you have in there? I used to get that noise when I put 0-40 in my engine. I changed it to 10-40 and never heard it again. Stuart

Track Day 6th March 2004
I dont think there are any gravel traps at Binbrook. There is however a few hundred yards of grass for you to spin out on before you get close to hitting anything. I would rather spin out on grass than gravel Stuart

What other club positions do we need?
I think you need to make a calender next year, and this an official photographer would be handy ;)

Nissan Rip Off
Cylinder head bolts have to be very strong, as do exhaust ones. Stuart

Petrol!
When I went to Scotland in my Z this summer, it managed 200 miles by the time it reached half way. I only managed another 140 until the needle was just touching the E. Stuart

Help: Dettin at 60mph & above

NZR: Any Web Gurus?
If this is on a website, the webserver has to support PHP, which usually comes at a small cost from your web provider. Maybe £5 a month more. If not look for a free PHP server. There are some around, I think Lycos or Yahoo have one. They tend to be slow at uploading at times because they are so busy. You can also install apache web server on your PC and the use one of the directories of apache as a mini server. The files must be in this directory to work locally on your PC. Stuart

my 11pm turbo revelation
There is such thing as too much power, to the point where it will make the performance of the car suffer. If you look at the WRC especially a few year ago, the lesser team like Skoda, Hyundi etc who have less technoligical advances on the car and the car its self is probably 40bhp down than the main competitors, would find themselves up there with the rest on stages where it was very slippy. I used to watch BTCC a lot when I was younger, and I noticed that when it rained the privateers would be a lot higher than they usually are in the race. I think the first Privateer to win a race was in rain. I cant remember it too much but I remember it happening. The point to all of this, is more power is not always better. But you modify your car to what you want it to be like and what it will be use for. Personally I love driving and I love going for long drives be it down motorways or through country roads. And for that 400-450bhp is a good power. Its powerful enough accelerate well, but its not too much to make it a pain to drive in the wet. There is a video on Kazaa where 4 or 5 Skylines which have been modified are taken around a track. The best one they said was not the most powerful. I think it was the 2nd lowest out of the 5. There where some with load of power there and the driver commented that it was too powerful and he was a pro driver. Stuart

350z
No there are no plans to release a turbo 350Z as far as I know. Nismo however have developed a Supercharger for it. You can buy it as an aftermarket mod. Stuart

Valuations?
Maybe it just goes to show there is a rift in the Z club. The original Z owners not liking the ZXs. ;)

Do you know the web site? Or even have a contact number? Stuart

Any one know any good importers?
If the car passed its MOT it is UK legal. Just make sure it has been registered with the DVLA first. Cars over 10 years old dont need a SVA done. I looked at Newera web site and the stock they have seems a little on the expensive side. But these may just because they are the cream-de-la cream of what they still have Stuart

Valuations?
May be worth joining them if they car value it. It is the only official Nissan Z club I know of in this country. I knew some one who had to get an evaluation for him car when it was written off. He went to his club. Failing that a Z secialist mechanic may be able to value it, or PPS. Stuart

Valuations?
In theory if this was an official club, the club could do it. Zclub may be able to do it. Stuart

Any one know any good importers?
I have been looking on the net for good Car importers. I have found 2 or 3 but then the searches repeat themselves and I cant find any more. Does any one know of any? Stuart
