It depends on how you drive and where you have been to work out the time needed to cool the turbos. If I have just come off a motorway onto a service station I will sit in the car for 2-3 mins while it is idleing. The engine has just been working hard and the turbos spooling up often so they will be hot. However if I am pulling up to my house, I would have had 5-10 mins of driving slow, where the oil would be cooler already than when I was driving on the motorway. So when parking at home, I just leave the engine idleing while I put the steering lock on, take the radio out and do what ever needs doing before I get out. Stuart

I was going to say that the most popula place is on the dash right next to the aircon controls.

Best place is some where you can see it and not get in the way of the view of the road ;)

get hold of ADAWARE. It is a program which searches your computer and registry looking for advertising type entries and gets rid of them. This may help. Stuart

I dont get what you mean. 30psi of oil pressure is 30psi on any gauge. If it isnt showing the correct pressure you cant trust the readings at all.

I agree too, but every one who went to SE RR quoted their "estimated" flywheel values.

But the SLK will be pissing oil all over the place before long. ;) I dont think the oil pressure should go below 30psi. 20 Seems quite low. It does tell you what the pressure should be when warm. I think it is between 60 and 72psi when reving at 2000rpm. stuart

Getting licks of flames out of the exhaust is a combination of a lot of things. Very hot exhaust and over fueling, not just by ECU but by larger injectors too. I have had flames out of mine a few times when it was mostly stock. Stuart

Please dont lower the 300ZX to such a level. Look at the type of car in those picutres. For starters the car with the flames is a MR2 with a stupid wing, and its parted next to a modded Corsa. Need I say more? Stuart

But what values are they going to take? Estimated flywheel numbers or actual wheel? Stock Skylines will only have about 200bhp at the wheels.

A pressure test on the radiator will create the pressure which occurs when the engine is warm. You will then have to look and see where it is coming from. Stuart
