Ermm, yes, just thought that EVERYONE knew what the old bounce test was ;) Push down on each corner in turn, and if it bounces back more than one and a half times, the shock is fooked!! Yep, I know that one :D

Although I agree with Chunk, and would never argue against him ;), do the old bounce test on your rear shocks, as this is what caused my rear end to step out! Worth a try.

Thank you. How long? Well I started cutting the leather last Sunday, and then did all of the glueing work and final trimming in the sunshine of Wednesday, started about 10 in the morning, and finished about 2 in the afternoon. But I had an advantage, I've done it before, so I've learned from my previous mistakes. The bigest thing is to take your time, never rush it. Leather was from e-bay (From THESE PEOPLE ) I bought a 9' x 8' full hide and I've still got some left, but wont be all that much once I've completly finished every bit I want to do. The glue is solvent based Evo Stick, from my local B&Q (about £10 for a tin) Right, take a look at THIS SITE, it gives you all the information you need. HTH

All front panels complete, just got to take all of the rear out now, just for two remaining panels. Again, still looks quite bright, but it isn't that bad. Just got to find a decent, local, upholsterer to stitch my handbrake gator, and was considering seeing if he/she could re-do the steering wheel as well.

I beleive he's currently still on holiday!

Can I technically be included in this? As, although I was filming, I did join the convoy (all be it only in an escort, but then I did catch you all up and overtook some :tongue: ). :D

Agree with you guys, I love the 99 spec one, thats why one is 'Winging' it's way over the Atlantic as we speak :D (Please excuse the pun ;) )

Mines got to be my 99 Spec front bumper. But then I've done a lot of things that I like, it's difficult to say for sure, and I'm still doing things in the coming next few months.
