  7. Just like to say thanks very much to all the great people on here who helped me in my aim to create the ultimate Z (By my standards anyway). As of saturday, i sold the Zed, to a good friend who im sure will look after and cherish her as much as i have done in the last three years. Im really sorry to see her go - but im staying with the darkside as i will be picking up a lovely new GTR 32 Skyline on Saturday. Like i said, thanks to you all - you are mainly a great bunch of guys who give valuable support for the normal Zed enthusiast. I have quite a few spares knocking about so ill get them posted up in the sales section when i get a minute. Goodbye my lovelies

I believe there is no time limit on this. They can get you 2 years after if they wish. Only what i was told by PC Git
  9. Its having a new engine at the moment lol !! Oil pump gave up at 135mph in 4th and destroyed the bottom end. Loads of money :( Ive done most mods to it, Jun headers,Straight through stainless exhausts (decat) megan racing back boxes, Devin ECU, fuel pressure regulator, earth kit, aircon pump removal, SGP pulleys, silicone hoses, honed plenum, apexi SAFC, Blitz Race spec rad, JWT pop charger, Ram air mod from front vent,HKS plugs, 80 HP shot of nitrous, viscous fan mod. Thats all the engine mods any way. Other than that its all cosmetics really, chromed throttle bodies, fuel rails, braided fuel lines, Veilside strut brace, stainless slam panels, 18" OZ Canyon II rims, chromed plennum, fuse covers, wings west skirts, 99 spec nose, bumper and rear lights, stillen spoiler, blah blah blah. I just destroyed a stock clutch in under 600 miles too !! Bonus haha. Ive done quite a bit more too, but i keep forgetting it all - i need to do a list. Oh yea, call me sad but if got full Eurolit led's too - inside and out. Some say its too much. But i say, im not some people. If you get a Zed mate - its for life, they are such a show stopper
  10. lol - someones gonna be in trouble for that comment lol
  11. I love the sound of the superdragger on the NA. If you get one and you want to really go mental, get Jun headers. Ive just had them put on, (well hard to source) and jesus christ the noise is unreal. Its like a Nascar to drive too - cant wait to see just what BHP they have added alone, as the car hits the rev limiter like a train now woohoo
  12. Must be a great car if your gay haha Not that id know lol
  13. They are awsome cars mate. No doubt about it. But they cost a fair bit once you start modding them up. But then again thats the price you pay for modding a 11 year old car. I love them myself
  14. Mine used to whine a bit in every gear and when i stripped the rubber surround off the base of the gear stick i found mine was not fitted properly. As it used to be an auto and was converted to manual, they hadnt sealed it all up properly and i was getting some tranny noise. Once sealed up it was ok. Just a thought - greg reminded me
  15. hellraiser - your signiture is soooo true - unfortunatly
  16. In all gears ? Or in 1 in particular ? It shouldnt realy whine mate, but it may not be the gearbox thats doing it.
  17. No ! Shouldnt need to apparently ?!?!? Only what i was told on the JWT site anyway - do you reckon i should be then ?
  18. The garage fitting my new N/A engine told me the other day that it was all fitted, and they were about to start testing it out on a few short road journey's. They phoned me after each one to tell me the probs (eg air leaks, etc) they had, and that they then fixed - the usual stuff really. Anyway, last week they finished it all and took it down to the local carriage way for a blast, and it was perfect - no probs at all (slight leaky injector - which they then resealed). The next day it developed like a fuel starvation problem. I borrowed the car back at the weekend to put some miles on it and take it to a show, and basically if you take it over 4500 rpm its starts to miss totally, is if fuel is being cut for some reason. I only did it a couple of times, and whacked 50 miles on the car under 4500 rpm where everything was perfect (no popping, spluttering etc), in fact under 4500 rpm it is better than its ever been. The only mods it has had done whilst in the garage - were Jun headers, TT injectors (for better flow should i re run NOS through it). The Jun header on the drivers side wouldnt allow the refit of the A/Fuel Lambda sensor (as the steering rack was in the way) so that has been rerouted through the other senser on the other side. - However i dont thing this should be a problem, as it was running fine for a couple of days Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks a lot - Mike Ps. Has anyone got the datascan software they could email me please ? Ive lost my install program :(
