Since getting car back i had no.power to stereo. I remember a blue live cable running frm battery to stereo before car went in and decided to hook it back up. Had power.for 5 mins but since then.....nothing. i have changed fuse on stereo and the fuse in drivers footwell but still no luck :(

Its been at D2 for manual conversion, water pump change, cambelt change, water bypass and all vac pipes changed with leaking turbo water pipe replaced

And its is j-spec delimited

Well i wondered if it is rev related at a specific speed but i can give it full beans in any revs in first or second :( It used to do it at around 70-80 when it was an auto and was hoping it would be solved ;( Guess this car will never run right lol... atleast its more fun as manual

as the title says, ive got my car back and drives pretty smooth. got to 100 easily after engine was warm and i was near home. pulled all the way but when i got to 4th at about 95-100 the car stopped pulling again. its alot bette rthan doing it at 70mph and i know i hardly do that speed. but its still annoying :( im guessing i should try the fuel pump next ? although im still happy to drive and loved the attention on the way home :)

Ok darren at D2 said that my WOT issue seemed to have disappeared which makes me wonder if the Autobox was slipping under high revs at high speed in ever 3rd or 4th gear. Darren also told me that someone removed the bleed pipes or something when they put in boost jets and so the standard waste-gate management dont work properly so i am in safety boost all the time. He said that its pointless putting it back in as i have ordered a boost controller. so my question is..... can i install the Blitz dual SBC myself so i can get to 0.9 PSI soonish ? :)

im working sat and sunday :( i work evenings too so have to leave my house at 12pm :( i work every other weekend so looks like im gonna miss alot of shows if i don;t organise my shifts properly

Just wish insurance would hurry up and update onto MID so i can tax the bugger online now :( as its been sorn the only other way is to wait for papers on saturday and go to post office......... oh well :)

well got the news from darren at D2 and the car passed first time without any advisories .......WOOOOOHOOOOO well I am absolutely chuffed and excited and cant wait to pick it up tommorrow and give it a good old wash and wax

i tell you what... i swear my engine bay has lees room on my SWB than my LWB. everything seems harder to get to compared to my old 2+2. Even Santa agrees when he looks at my car and compares to his Just seems a bit more.......... Tight like a tiger!

All sorted :) was a wire i caught from undweneath dash when i tried to look at pedals ages ago. Darren found it and it started on first turn straight away. Not bad considering its not been started since august 09

No Idea. :( I was due to get my car MOT'd tomorrow and back on Thursday :( getting fed up with this car now Hoping Darren can fix it but it is wierd that its NEVER had an issue starting in all of my owndership i guess i will find out soon

got my car in with D2 and they are doing a cracking job so far but i have found out my car won;t start at all today. Darren says its electrical and that there is no spark. It ran fine before i took it off the road last august and so wondered if something is wrong :( He says Both Series 2 and Series 1 PTU seems to get Red Hot Very Fast. Any ideas?

i went for the Dell streak. can just about get it into your pocket but it is a phone tablet and is PACKED full of features. its kicked my 3gs in the ass all day long. Only using android 1.6 but once 2.2 is updated in september it will give iphone 4 a damn good run for its money. UPDATE: just rang got a phone call from the Vets and sadly it passed away about an hour ago :( They said it just gave up.... :cry::cry::cry: I hope it wasn't in too uncomfortable before it let go, and although i may sound silly.... i feel really different today and feel like my eyes have opened a bit. i know alot of people can;t see how a bird can change someone's life but this bird has definitely changed my outlook. It's like leo-r32gts said... it makes you wonder how much intelligence goes and how easily its passed upon.
