Propshaft Uj
When you twist the uj around it should be smooth feeling, sounds like its shot. The problem i found is they are fixed ie: un-changable. I have heard prop specialist can sort them out, give mike (mjp) a ring. He may have good deals to help you out, or he will know a good specialist.

I found on my fleabay ones must have good battery, if not/or engine not running then ficker.

D.A.B. Radio?
Mainly the clear sounds no hiss etc, i love it anyway. I needed a new head unit and brought dab cd sure it was about normal cost cant remember now. http://www.incarexpress.co.uk/ thats where i got mine.

keeping it cool
Thats a worry on hot days, not so much when driving but stopped. No air flow engines get hotter, but i do hope with the koyo everything will be fine.

D.A.B. Radio?
I've had dab radio for over a year now and i think really good. I can still use standard fm but never do. Very clear same as cd, signal is either there or not mind, if you follow. Dab aireal was about £40 mark, roof rubber mount. I put it just behind centre of targas

keeping it cool
without putting a damper on elec fans just be careful on hot days ie; make sure the fan copes, if on for ages what temp etc. I hope it works well.

mantav8 If they've been in the footwell mate, 10 to 1 they aint' put the ducting back right!-it's a bitch! Thats a good answer, may cure a problem i've got at the min.

help on 18"inch tyre pressure
Dosen't matter what size as the pressures the same. I run 32 front 34 rear to get even tyre wear, but each to there own. Think its something like 33/35 on memory.

At the moment i use the outers (led's) as brakes, they are real bright! to much for lights. I do like markzx idea mind. The two inner (single bulbs) closest to sides as the lights, and indicators the last inner (closest to each other), hope that makes sense. Chris

boost leak detector
Been tryin to do this today, but no luck...! Will not build any pressure ! Cant hear where its going, using a compresser,removed cas wires and slightly cracked engine a few times and then i even blocked exhausts. One of vjay's from group buy. Aftermarket greedy side mount intercoolers. As far as i know i dont have any leaks, just figured i would have a go at this and check system, half wish i didnt start as want to find out why now FFS. Any ideas ?

Wire Mesh
Shape the mesh around with about an inch lip. Tube of gripfil (£2) rubbed over, leave for 24hrs (set). Done mine a couple of years ago no probs.

Well mine handles like a dream on 19's, but have to watch out with the kerbs, pot holes which are the worst.

Dump valves (fuel)
I fancy buying some (just for the sound as never had them before), but slightly put off by: when dumping (car normally dosen't) the system must bring in more air hence more fuel? Is this not a problem? confusing the ecu, un burnt fuel maybe.

gear selecting problem
Bleed the clutch system, slave/master cly and if standard manual (not auto to man) maybe around the drivers headlight area (under bonnet) i think.
