TOP SECRET Greddy Twin T-78 300ZX
running a twin T78 setup even with NOS you wouldnt be fully on boost by 6000 revs ;) great reliable turbos but not the quickest of spooling up so you need to keep the revs that high to keep it in the power band which i would have thought would be 5000 - 8000 revs poss 8500 revs Mike

ive asked a few people if they could build them, ive even asked escort racing but they just said its a one off and they will never give out the plans or make one ever again etc!! silly thing is if you look at at them its all made from aluminium piping cut ti different angles Mike

TOP SECRET Greddy Twin T-78 300ZX
Ahhh i suppose if its not a road just a pure drag car then it doesnt matter. Would be interested to see what the inlet manifold looks like when its done and i would guess theres at least 2 or 3 people on here which would be interested ;) would they give a discount if there making 3 or 4 sets rather than a one off?? Mike

Dont envy you trying to make the power steering and alternator fit with them monsters in ;) Would be very very interested in the intake manifolds and what sort of price you could do them for :) Mike

TOP SECRET Greddy Twin T-78 300ZX
What manifolds are you using for the T78s? i presume the escort ones which move the turbos to the front? Be an interesting project :) Mike

why the need for a tv liscence!
Please dont forget your licence also covers BBC Radio 1, 2, 3 and 4 god i cant wait to listen to radio 4 tonight  :slap: :xxx: lets face it its another TAX i dont even have an arial in my house just sky and the annoying thing is if i stop paying sky they cut off all the chanels including the BBC chanels so why do i pay sky AND my TV licence?? i dont like the french but i tells ya i'm starting to admire what they do and stand up for!! chris my blair would have been hung, drawn and quartered with some of the tax's he has bought in if it had been in france!! the whole country stops if they dont like something!! in this country they put up the petrol so we did something about it for a massive few days and when all the bloody women in their chelsea tractors had to start walking they all kicked off and the pickets stopped. Were all PUSSYS in this country FACT

need a front mount intercooler
you can get the greddy FMIC for around £700 from the USA!! i would rather get a well made proven item rather than a "copy"

Look what i just got from Japan.
Just what ive been told? i would have thought the bigger the wastegate the more pressure it needs? What worried me was the size of the greddy ones i have and the fact they would hang pretty low and the last thing i want is to hit them which would be a disaster :smash: Anyway i have already bought 2 more :slap: so i now have 4 wastegates  LOL Is yours finally mapped up and running right now mate? british buldogs
we have only ever had boxers which are very closely related to the bulldog and do suffer from some of the same stuff as them, make sure he gets decent pet insurance for it!! we use M&S pet insurance and make sure when he takes it to the vets they keep an eye on its heart as they suffer from heart murmers (hole in the heart) i had to have my boxer pup put down when he was 4 months old because he had a murmer and he started having heart attacks the poor little bugger :( broke my heart and the little love even wanted to go outside when he was waiting at the vets to go to the loo  havnt had a dog for a while after that but we now have another little one :) shes ace and certainly brightened up our lives

british buldogs
i do love them but they suffer alot from breathing problems and tell him he needs to keep the dog lean as they suffer from weight gain really easily as well. best be is to search the net for the main things to look out for :) Mike

Look what i just got from Japan.
Problem is if there too big it makes the setup more laggy so its getting the right setup
-
Look what i just got from Japan.
i was told the type s ones are a little small for the 20g's hence why i got some bigger ones? think from the top of my head the type s ones are for upto 350ish bhp where as the L2 turbos can make upto 450 each!! i originally got some type R greddy ones but i have since bought some tial 38mm wastegates as there a little smaller and i dont have the facility to make the bigger type r ones fit but there monsters :)
-
Look what i just got from Japan.
Also what wastegates are you using?? Mike
-
Look what i just got from Japan.
I'm not sure i would want turbos as big as the 20g's hanging on them manifolds with welds like that  i hope them are just trial ones you have had made up ;)
-
Look what i just got from Japan.
Same turbos as mine ;) Also remember that the L2 20g's wont fit the standard TD05/6 downpipe so needs a custom one making up as i have found. And remember people yes the turbos are fairly cheap but you will need 2 x manifolds 2 x external wastegates etc etc so your talking £1-2k for manifolds and another £500-1000 for wastegates so dont get carried away :) Mike

Might need some bigger brakes...
