Just spotted this for sale, not that cheap but what a beast ;) running a full jun engine and apexi rx6 twin turbos which at the moment at 1.5 bar is running 700 bhp :nana2: I'm trying to find out if he will do it for a buy it now price as its not hit its reserve as yet but at the moment its about £9k over here :) but all depends on the reserve. the problem is you should not view a tv in a shop or if its in a shop make sure they have it hooked up with decent cables and a decent source is bluray etc most unfortunately are multi linked to one source which degrades so you get a shite picture its all personnel but i have a samsung lcd which i love, i always go for the panasonic plasmas as i believe they make the best panels for the home market, i also have a cheapo 37" which for £380 is amazing, i use it for the ps3 in my games room and for the money its bob on :) Mike

also dont listen to the rubbish about screen burn, it used to happen really badly in the older screens but the modern screens with progressive scan etc on them pretty much gets rid of it. my son has the kids channels on all the time with the logo in the top corner and ive never had any burn in the last 3 plasmas ive had :) Mike

i fitted one to my ST diesel and it was awsome, in fact i have to turn it down as it just spun up the front wheels, think it puts the power up to about 185 bhp and 430 nm torque ;) i will dig out the link of where i got mine from Mike

the 33 is a great car but its a big heavy thing, feels much bigger and heavier than a zed but for what money there going for nowadays you can get a good stage 1 car (circa 400 bhp) for under £10k, decent boot and much bigger inside than a zed. i liked mine but wanted a 32 so sold up but i would have another :) Mike

Bought one of these a few days ago as the price is dropped and you dont have to take out a contract ;) I really want to like the phone but i just cant!! it does loads loads but it does nothing really well? Theres a few things that really bug me and i cant understand why and thats you cant copy your sim contacts so ive had to programme all my contacts in which took bloody ages LOL but the thing that gets me is its a bloody ipod and yet you cant use any of the tunes as a ring tone, all you get is a small selection of crappy tones!! Anyone else have one and like/dislike theirs? Mike

the sky ones have a built in mac address and login and password etc tbh there pretty good routers but i dont like not being able to change much on it, you can hack them, i have a link if you need it stu or you can browse to it by using sky as the login and admin as the password :) but you still dont have access to the login/passwords for your isp :( Mike

i presume its now running air flow meters? as the vein controller gets rid of these so no dont plug it back in if you have AFMs, also the boost controller has possibly been unplugged again due to what ever ecu it was running so it wont boost as high and damage the engine but again i would hazard a guess that it will be set up for 1.3-1.4 bar on the high setting. not sure about the EGT guage, obviously theres no reason why that should be unplugged so try looking at the wiring, could be a loose wire or something? Does it have a boost guage? check what its boosting to, if its about the same as a zed then thats stock and safe for the time being, may run rich (all skylines do anyway) as its set up for 500 bhp fueling but as ive said keep a look out for an apexi power fc and get it mapped, cost me about £1k for the new ecu and mapped by RB's and your looking at about £300 for injectors so for £1300 you could have it running full power again :) Mike

it can be difficult to see but you can usually make out the front turbo, i have picture of my hks turbos so will dig it out to show you, on the front theres also a plaque of the model and serial number. with regards to the chip, i would be careful as on oem injectors it wont run anywhere near 500 bhp so i would get the injectors checked and the map but if your going to keep it i would spend a bit and get some uprated injectors and a power fc to get the most of the car :) Mike

yeh sounds like they are, what levels of boost does it run and does it have a boost controller? i would guess that the ecu is chipped and running around 1 bar but to get the most of the turbos which i have been looking into and it looks like they are the 2510's so they should be good for 1.4 bar and with some 550's and a power fc you should see 500 bhp :D all the best Mike

i mean proven ;) from memory he has the 16g kit fitted which is good for 500-550 if compared to others running them, i think CJ's made 520 ish Mike

in this country i know theres a zed around manchester thats had a full jun stroker kit and the greddy td06-20g turbos, not seen it but i know it was being built last year, i would guess thats going to be around 700+bhp, ive also heard theres another one running similar spec in southampton, i sold my engine and turbo kit to magnum5 on here which will be good for 700-800 rwhp, other than that the highest in this club is MAC1 with around 600 rwhp (genuine) By the end of this year i would guess theres going to be 5-10 zeds in the club which will be over the 500 bhp mark :) if you go around the world theres alot of high hp card in the us, russell @ z1's convertible runs just over 1000 bhp but thats american hp so half it LOL but it is a stunning car :) 1/4 mile wise theres a few street cars which are running just into the 9's in the usa, in this country i think the lowest time is in the mid 12's which is dissapointing but as i said theres some big HP cars around now so i expect this to drop this year into the 11's and hey maybe into the 10's ;) Mike

nice one looke like its got some nice bits on it :) best bet with the turbos will be to check the plaque on the front one, you should also be able to make out the hks casting on the turbos or call abbey but i would have thought they sound like 2510's or gtss turbos does it have uprated injectors in it? again the 550s should be blue or purple if its set up right and has the right fueling it should be a nice quick fast spooling road car by the sounds of it :) Mike
