I've just bought a mondeo titanium x with the 2.2 155bhp engine. I was wondering if anybody knew anything about these tuning boxes as they are supposed to add power and improve economy...????

 

Seems that they vary in price quite greatly and I wondered if you lot knew anything about which one is best.

i fitted one to my ST diesel and it was awsome, in fact i have to turn it down as it just spun up the front wheels, think it puts the power up to about 185 bhp and 430 nm torque ;)

 

i will dig out the link of where i got mine from

i also bought a switch off him so you can turn it to low and off inside the car :)

Thanks Mike.....does it improve economy as well? Seems unlikely with the power it gives but thats the claim. Did you notice any economical benefits?
