Dropped my Zed off at QVR in Daventry today for the first round of body mods so I'm going to be Zed-less for the next three or so weeks! How am I going to cope!? :eek: ;) I've only got the Sh1tter and the Vauxhall Meriva courtesy car to play with until I get her back! Can't wait to see what she's going to look like though... :hyper: Leigh.

Once Xmas is out of the way I'd definately be interested mate if postage isn't too much or better still if you can do same day refurb ie drive down early and drive back when finished! :) VERY nice! :D Cheers, Leigh.

I love my Zed but I have to admit I've been secretly looking for another car. I wanted to stay with Nissan so I had a look at all the major contenders and weighed up my options: maybe a nice classic 240Z or the 200sx driftmeister or the sheer power of an R34 GTR...but TBH none of them measured up and I wasn't sure any car would........until I found her. Ladies and gentlemen, may I present........ THE SH1TTER. :rofl: :rofl: :rofl: You like the look of her don't you. I can tell. (note the sleek lines hinting at what lurks beneath the bonnet....and it's not so distant yellow cousin in the background) But seriously...£350 may have bought me a slice of Nissan Sunny mini-cab hell (it's "The Sh1tter" or the "Nissan Estate", never the Nissan Sunny :o ;):D) BUT...it's reduced my premium on the Zed with Houghtons down from £959 fully comp to £345 fully comp! And with both cars insured with them they're actually giving me a cheque for £179 back for this years premium! Just don't call it a Sunny, ok? ;) :D

What a waste of skin that guy is. Kind of been through this myself mate and it's not pleasant. At the beginning of the year Lucie kept getting threatening and abusive text messages from some guy who didn't make himself known and it was understandably really upsetting her. I rang the number, the gutless wonder cut to answer phone and I left a message telling him in no uncertain terms that if he called again I'd find him and break his legs. He didn't text again. Totally out of character for me but I just saw red. And I'm such a nice guy normally, honest officer. :)

Christ mate, sounds like you're having a right time of it :( I'm all too familiar myself with the broken promises scenario...really p1sses me off to. Would it make things easier for you if I collected the bumpers from wherever they are now and bank transfer the funds instead instead of picking them up from yours and giving you cash? Getting up at stupid o'clock in the morning to fly to Paris! Parental unit number one has been made a member of the British Hairdressing Team and my girlfriend is her model so I'm tagging along to carry the cases, speak French poorly and loudly at confused natives and generally try to keep things running smoothly while they and the rest of the squad compete in the international hair show. Cheers guys! :D Had to scrap my original plans for an R33 GTR light conversion, when we offered them up we found it was definately do-able but at the cost of a HUGE amount of £££'s, but these lambo lights look just as good! Phase 1 of the styling should be finished around the beginning of November. Which is nice. :D Pete: Cheers for picking them up bud, really appreciate it bud! Top bloke! When I told him I needed a Lambo light panel quickly as my car is booked to go into the bodyshop soon, Paul offered to make a two hour journey down to meet me at a stop on the M6 and drop it off, which we did today! It may be the official title, but I agree with speedfreak, as club names go it's a bit lacking in impact. Case in point: bloke came up to me when I was in my local Shell station and started asking me about my car as he owned a Zed himself. He wasn't a member of any clubs but seemed keen to join so of course I recommended this one!:D However, felt a right prat trotting out it's "the 300zx.co.uk club" and it obviously didn't have much impact on him as he had to ask me to repeat it (and yes I was enunciating in my best Queens English the first time! ;))! It isn't the end of the world if it stays the same but IMO: Official: Yes...Catchy: Er, no! ;)

There's a chap that's buying some stuff off me who wants to pay via Paypal instead of making a bank transfer as I suggested. Just received notification via email that he's requested a payment be made from his credit card but I've just read at the bottom of the message that I can't receive it unless I upgrade to a Premier or Business account which I don't want to do! Is this right? Is there a way round this? I don't use Paypal at all so not too sure of the ins and outs! Any advice would be appreciated :) Cheers, Leigh.

Full refund and name the person involved. But then you know I'm biased when it comes to this subject mate! :( ;)
