"Dimebag" Darrell from Pantera is dead
Shot at point blank range along with three other people while performing onstage with Damageplan. :( http://www.nbc4i.com/news/3983630/detail.html

I'll nip down the garden and take a pic of them for you Rich! :D

Lol! :D ;) Glad to have been a help bud! (technically it's the upper plenum ;)) Digging through my stuff I've also got a nice chromed balance bar and some cleaned and semi-shiny throttle bodies going. Will eventually get round to putting this stuff in the For Sale section but might as well let the Midlands folk have first dibs on anything! ;) Leigh.

gto prices against zx
Exactly. Couldn't agree more. That's just what I did with mine and (touch wood) it's hardly caused me any trouble, certainly nothing major and expensive! Leigh

Spaceship
This is my SPACE SHIP. As you can see I am projecting my inner self into space so have no need for a physical ship. I'm just passing the moon on my way to Alpha Centuri. Why don't I ever get nominated for the Turner prize? ;) Leigh

Car Park
The Bilstein set-up I've got is fantastic for handling but means it's so low that I scrape every speed bump unless I go very slowly and at an angle...and unfamiliar multi storeys are a big no-no. Been there myself mate! ;)

Colour coded headlamp surrounds?????
Wasn't sure at first but now I quite like 'em! :D It's something I'd do to mine.

Santa Pod RWYB dates 2005
Need to get off my ass and go to at least one of those dates next year! Never run at the Pod so I'll probably be sh1te but always wanted to give it a go. :D

Zmas Presents
Mmmmm....some GT2530's would be nice...:D But back to reality, if Santa could just get someone to fit the kit I've got for the Z for a decent price...that would be good to! ;) Leigh

A similar wheel is the Lenso Concept 5 if you're looking for a reasonably priced alternative. Leigh.

Koyo rads .. sourcing them
I guess it depends on how savvy the people sorting the parcels are. The HID kit I ordered from the States cost me just under £200 including delivery but I evaded all import duties as the supplier kindly (and completely without prompting) wrote it down as a "Lamp Toy Gift" in the space for the description. To the untrained eye, even if they opened it, a description like that could be believable! But it still boils down to luck in the end. :) Leigh

Actually that ain't a bad pressie idea for Lucie....interested in that link as well mate ;) :D

Strictly Come Dancing
It's strange for me to watch it as I know Darren, Lilia, and Anton (also Hazel that made an appearance tonight) from way back. "Anton" isn't his real name by the way. It's actually Tony but he insists everyone calls him by his "stage" name....knob-end.

Anyone Know this Z?
Slightly off topic but those alloys look identical to the ones that came with my car. With the angle of the photo it's difficult to be 100% but they've got the same shape and slope to the spokes which is not something you often see. They're a brand I've never heard of: Hunter Wilcox (or possibly Wilcox Hunter!) and I've never seen another set before! Leigh

What estate car to buy?
Alternatively Pete, like me you could go for this......not sure you could handle the power though.... ;) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=40165&highlight=estate

Verrrrrry nice! Anyone know what front bumper that is?
Kinda like that. ;) Seem to remember seeing one for sale on ebay a while back. Trouble is I really can't remember the name of it...but for some reason I keep thinking it might have been called "Demon" or "Diablo" or something like that. Then again I could've dreamt it! Not much help I know. Leigh.

Latest news from the bodyshop...
Arse.Arse.Arse.Arse.Arse. QVR called to tell me they're having problems getting the uprated solenoids for the doors. They're apparently on order from America with a 1 to 2 week delivery time! Looks like I've got a bit more waiting to do yet till I get her back...:(

12th Dec, Solihull, The Boat Inn
In case The Boat is still closed for refurb by the 12th how about these two: 1. The Plough http://www.beefeater.co.uk/textonly/showhouse.asp?house=58 It's a Beefeater pub so a bit charmless but TBH not as bad as some. Stones throw from J4 of the M42 (3/4 mins), huuuuge car park, decent bar area, good food (bit pricey though). This is one of our groups "back up pubs" if we're looking for a quiet drink and our local is too crowded/got an annoying theme night on, and we don't want to go into Solihull town centre. :D 2. The Field House (10 Knightcote Drive, Monkspath, Solihull, B913JU Tel:0121 711 2642) Not far from the Plough so about 10 mins from J4. Big car park, good food, nice atmosphere, my local! :D Leigh.
