i will go and take some pics for you now. i can get you some "dual lock", its like ultra hard fitting velcro, if you like for holding the profec B. i would get around 4-6 metres of tubing, more is best, dont know which size. will post back soon alan

yes you need extra tubing. i got a whole load from smithy, nice red silicone stuff. if you get some left over you can replace some old vac/boost tubing. cheers alan

i am on shift this weekend and the following weekend, sorry mate cannot help you with the fitting. i am off work for 1 day on wednesday, but i have issues with my 300 that i need to address. i will look at the plumbing and take some notes for you if you get stuck and can give you a little advise on the fone, if you like. it looks like a big task but its not that bad, just access for the pipe work. setting the f*!%ing thing is another thing. took me approx. 10 or so hours of driving and loads of f*!$ing fuel, but have got a good set up now. porsche 911 turbo......... not a f!"*$ng chance!!!!!! anyway.... 07956050047 thats my number, if in trouble give me a call alan.

hi paul would love to help but am tied up with work for the next 4-5 days. if you get it plumbed in i can send you my set up values to see if it works on your 300, although every 300 set up will be slightly different. i can also give you my number if you get stuck with some bits, but i am no expert only a few years off 300 knowledge. hope this helps, alan.

when fitting an aftermarket rad and electric fan do you leave the "viscous" part on the pulley or does that also come off? thanks people alan

There is no magic that happens in a chip, it's just got fuel and ignition parameters etc. ( oh, but there is magic in the chips............;) your "zahara 007" chip is great for my 300!!:bow: cheers mate, alan.

hey deve8uk i can get it for free!!!! we use toluene in aviation to clean aircraft interiors, it is less harmful than de-greasing agents and does no damage to trim. btw going to the ring this summer and will taking some with me!!! alan.

i thought that by increasing the octane level it stops the burning/melting effect on the valves and pistons. please remember that i am no expert in this field. :bow: alan.

hey people, got a question about octane booster...... i have been looking on "robo's" website and read the article on octane booster titled "toluene" and found, on the website, after testing 13 octane boosters, which range in price from $5 to $70, that toluene came 2nd out of 13. it explains all the mixing ratios to get over 100 octane. i have tried toluene mixed with my fuel and can say i did notice some difference in power. has anyone tried toluene in their fuel? if so, what do you think? cheers people, alan.

hey there mine was a total respray with custom side skirts fitted in the original colour (silver) for £2450. checked the guys work, all good. skirts fitted very well. respray, at the time was sh*t!! overspay everwhere, masking tape left on and baked in the sun, bonnet has patches. AND HE IS, NO SORRY WAS A MATE OF MINE!!!! but, that was 2 years ago, and the paint finish itself has stayed good, no bubbles, fading, peeling or lifting. had my spoiler painted 4 months ago, and its bubbling already (only paid £80 tho). alan
