Should I buy a 300ZX
Craig, I have not got the experience of most of the guys on this site, so will simply say this: I sold my 98 blade to buy my Zed. I have found the car (although only a NA) a FGL to run around in, have chased Gixer 750s through the bends and never regretted a minute since I picked the car up 3 weeks ago. I have started on the modding, having said that first thing I did on the blade was stick a loud pipe and a hugger on it, and I am looking forward to spending as much as it takes to make the car what I want it to be. Ps if you think that the camraderie of the bikers is good, you will love this forum Just my honest opinion

60k Service
Just a quicky (ooh, err) Is there anyone who provides a 60k service pack, with all the parts etc required for the service rather than trying to source all the various bits and pieces?

Longlife exhausts
I did look at mongoose, but there is the ordering, posting and having to fit it myself. These guys build the exhaust onto the car ( they doont do any stock) and I pick the car up in the afternoon

wine
IMHO, you should never drink anything red and french, Bulgarian reds (particularly the reserve Cabernet sauvignon's) are excellent as are the aussies and calis. Montepulciano di allbruzu is a fave Italian. All the above come in around the £7 mark. For a full bodied red you cannot beat Bull's Blood of yger. As for white premier cru chardonnay (abit expensive), cali whites or a true sicillian white. German Eiswein (made from frozen grapes is good, but quite hard to find. Never drink any table wine of any nationality as it is a mixture of wines and usually pooh. OOH, listen to me gone all Ronay.lol.

electric super charger fitted
Ram air (in a bike stylee) charges the air box As you have an induction kit, there is no air box to charge. Also there is a lot of design goes into air paths etc. So I would drop the ram air thing. However many thanks for trying the Electric Supercharger, I looked at the site and it made sense "bang in lots of ait at WOT, let the ECU sort out the mix, more air/fuel mix= more speed" Glad that you tried it and proved it wrong, saving me the time , expense and laughter/tears. Good work fella

induction part two
its just as well they dont know me, as giving me the keys made me more likely to prang it and the only thing likely to lower the risk is somebody taking them back off me ( unlikely.lol)

servicing
The only thing I can add to the above is that if this is your first time doing spark plugs, a few points to note. Make sure the area around the sparkplug is clean as you can get it before you remove the plug, any dust/grit around it will fall straight into the cylinder Spark plugs are a very easy thread to put back in, if you have to force it the spark plug is probably not sitting square in the thread. Take it out and try again, and keep doing it until you get a nice smooth turn without putting any effort in. If you knacker the thread it will be a PITA to sort. All the best

induction part two
ok its an induction cone with RAID HP on the filter. it is connected to a black plastic cylinder with NISSAN on it with metal mesh on either end and what appears to be a sensor in the middle. There is a connector to the "sensor " on the outside
