  1. East Anglia, which isn't really covered by mids or SE. At least I get JAE on my doorstep.
  2. The problem with the lights is probably dirt built up on the inside of the lenses. As for a passenger wing, post in the wanted section - AndyZ (supercarparts.co.uk) breaks 300ZXs and could probably help you out - as could a few others. edit - HID helps - I have them myself. But if the lenses are dirty, they still won't be as good as they should be.
  3. Credit card companies often just absorb losses like this. They make so much off people who overspend and pay huge amounts of interest, it's nothing to them.
  4. Nice one mate. I saw pics of the car a while ago and it looked awesome - especially the interior. Are you going to tell us the other news then? Go onnnnnn .... we're all friends here ;)
  5. I thought bee keepers always wanted swarms and would come and collect them for nothing when they were found. I'm not sure if they'd get them out of your chimney though or if it's a proper swarm or something else. Edit - Gio beat me to it!
  6. I've been away since mid June. I rode my motor bike to Romania and back. I've missed the Zed - I'm about to take it out for the first time in nearly three weeks. Did I miss anything on here or in the 'real world'?
  7. I always sell stuff on ebay at 99p start, no reserve. In over 100 trades Ive only had to buy one item from myself in order to prevent it going too cheap. There can be some nervous moments though! My neigbour got 20 grand for his M5 on ebay - a very good price for it.
  8. Its a superb looking car - congratulations mate - welcome back to NA ownership - the connosieur1s choice! ,)
  9. Quite like that except the front lights. NA auto is the connosieur's choice anyway. ;)
  10. I'd guess radio doesn't need much current plus there's capacitors etc in there that store charge. I would imaging the car might run like a pig fukking with a loose battery terminal - sometimes anyway.
  11. Newby. It's the join date that counts.
  12. Hey, I'm down with the kids, me, down with the kids. GOnna have a few cans meself later too. :duffer:
  13. :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :D
  14. Well done for organising it Dave. Wish I could make it but I won't be in the country. Have a good time :duffer:
  15. Happy birthday mate. :duffer: Have a great day.
  16. Peeeeeeeek Pockets! You watch our meeeeeser Kirbs. Peeeeeeeeeek pockets! Especially on The Ramblas.
  17. A half decent camera phone will capture and image that's workable online.
  18. Nice one mate. It's one of the best cars out there so it's well deserved.
  19. It was a mistake to call it a Skyline as FunkySi says. It was never a Skyline and the name brings about unfavourable comparisons. It's a different sort of car.
  20. I've been tempted by a G35. I think they look nice in a wierd Manga sort of way. They're more of a GT while the 350Z is a coupe IMHO.
  21. I'd suggest the Salvadore Dali museum and the Segrada Familiar (?sp). We found some of the best things at random, walking in the parks and round the small streets of the old town in the evenings (sort of impromtu musical happenings and coepeira 'battles'!).
  22. Interesting. From what I can work out from the figures in the Argos catalogue a washing machine uses (roughly) 10p of electricity to do a typical load. And a drier(or washer drier doing drying) uses about 40p to do a typical load. It's based on 1 unit of electricity = kWh which might be wrong!
  23. JAE is always THE number one Japanese car event of the year. I'll be there. I'd like to go to the Billing event too but I'm not sure I can make the dates. It won't be as big as JAE even if it does have more 300ZXs.
  24. Looks like the washing machine's knackered (rust coming off aqnd marking washing). So we need get a new one... Any advice? Are washer/driers any good? The Mrs would like one but I wonder if they're expensive to run. I don't know anything about any of them.
