  1. Really very very drunk :duffer: :duffer: We're al wizards ;)
  2. Schtop, schtop, re read the whole thread.... ;)
  3. Quoted and saved, :duffer: quoted and saved
  4. SLowhand: you've been drinking again! :duffer:
  5. Got to agree with everything Russ said. Sounds more like moisure around the plug leads than a fuel problem. The dealer should fix it and not charge you anything. The warranty guarantees that, as would your consumer rights. Also... maybe the mechnic isn't that good. I think it's fuel injected not carbs anyway... http://www.suzuki-gb.co.uk/bikes/tech.php?ref=bandit650&y=k7 If you get stuck, Chris Dabbs at MCN is the man to speak to. Chris.dabbs@emap.com. Tell him Tim Cummings suggested he might be able to help. It's right up his street.
  6. Wonky steering doesn't sound good mate. Gutting. Hope her insurance pays up.
  7. 260bhp with good torque and drivability for sensible money sounds tempting...
  8. Hunni, you're always welcome for a drink any day of the week. ;) :duffer:
  9. Lol I imagine she's after "the" Craig. The guy who set up this site. The 'invisible friend'. But you never know. She might be after some medium quality, low commitment Craig David lovin'. ;) I could take her for a drink on Monday....
  10. Which Craig is it your after?
  11. It's not just that plane / a fake...
  12. Lol - the days of free ingots of precious metals and flotillas of paid-for prostitutes are long gone in the motoring press (The Kawasaki ZX-9R launch in 1995 was the last time a bevvy of pre-paid beauties were provided I think). And you really only get that stuff as a staffer, not a freelance. But I'll do my best and spread the word. Seriously though, it's great music - I'm sure it'll do well anyway. The cream always rises to the top.
  13. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EhvQPHr-6RA
  14. Had me there until the last line.
  15. Insurance companies seem to just pull a random figure out of their arse and mutiply it by their shoe size anyway.
  16. Had a listen - like it - nice sound.
  17. Don't get too drunk on the day. And spend the day with people you want, not people you feel you have to be polite to. It's your day (well, it's the wife's day really but you know what I mean). Enjoy it.
  18. I think Ryan / Baggins 300ZX specialist place isn't a million miles from you. Not exactly flavour of the month on here but that wouldn't put me off - and miles better than a non specialist.
  19. Cool - nice one mate - I might well make that. I'm not going to Ferrybridge though after last time I went there for the big meet and everyone had gone to some Xtreme shopping centre to play video games or something!
  20. As for shows, I'll be going to JAE - and camping one night and getting proper drunk (again). Can't make Billing due to prior family commitments unfortunately.
  21. Hey mate No I didn't. I think that's a Thursday isn't it? Is that the one near Nottingham? I might be able to make it but I'm working Thursday until about 5 or 6.
  22. The big shows are coming up soon. JAE (at the East of England Showground, Peterborough, 20-22 July) is the biggest Japanese car show of the year with loads of stands and other clubs. The Z-club show (at Billing Aquadrome, Billing, Northants, 13-15 July) is 300ZX.co.uk's main show of the year with our AGM. So... will you be going to either? Or both? Or neither? Also, will you stay more than one day? The camping / drinking are legendary.
  23. I run round all the rough areas of town, dragging a tyre behind me on rope tied round my waist, wearing a hooded top and shadow boxing as I go. Then I do a thousand sit ups hanging from the rafters by my legs. :duffer:
  24. Yes, think that's a VG30DE. Four cams but two cam belts (I think?) £360 sounds a bit pricy if it's just to change the belts. The 60,000 mile / 5 year service involves quite a bit more and a few of the expert garages change more too while they're in there (water pump I think and other bits).
  25. It all sounds the same to me, this new music. ;)
