Try suggesting as humbly as possible, not asking... my doctor didn't take well to me asking for stuff (which I needed!) and wouldn't give it to me. The same place prescribed my g/f some stuff without cehcking her background which gave her SERIOUS problems (which thank god cleared up after 8 weeks) so maybe it's just a bad surgery. My back pain was never that bad but at times I could hardly tie my shoes in the morning so I feel for you bud.. it sucks!

I had Diclofen for my bad back which I think is similar (? non-steroidal anti-inflamatory). I think it helps to keep your back moving and not sit still. And make sure your back is straight when you sneeze or cough.

I think it makes it hold right to the red line before changing up a gear. And a 'power' light comes on the dash. If you floor it, the 'power' light should come on anyway and it'll act like you'd pressed the switch as well.

Philips 'Blue Vision' do look quite good. Lighting is little (or no) better than regular bulbs but they do have a blue-ish tinge.

I saw one of his 'Whats the best car?' videos with Astons, 91s, etc etc and half was through he stopped and spent five mins saying the Ford Fiesta was the best car ever - he's sold out. At leat he knows stuff and just lies for cash rather than those muppets on Men and Motors who were mostly just cluless.

Don't use DOT5. It needs replacing very, very often and isn't comaptible with anything.

Not all 1999 cars have HIDs. It was a cost option on the N/A. I dunno if the non-HID 1999 headlight is any different though. I'd agree - a HID conversion would be the way to go.

Strange question but a bloke at work seems to do it loads. And plenty of other times he nips of to the bog to check and finds out he hasn't. I think it's generally when he's squeezing a fart out and he follows through a bit It seems to happen about once a month at the moment. I think the last time I did something like that was 15 years ago, running for the school bus and I had the runs anyway. Is he normal? Do lots of people do it but everyone (expect him) is too embarassed to admit it? (appologies to any ladies)

It's still not starting right. It did this once or twice a few months ago but I thought nothing of it. Now it's doing it all the time (unless the car's just been driven). I think Andy could well be right but I'll have a go at the electronic diagnostic thing too. Any idea where there's some instructions to take me through it? Cheers!
