  1. I imagine they constantly video all the cashiers for reasons like this etc.
  2. I think there's truth in the global warming and we need to change.
  3. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/uk/ee/ee_forecast_warnings.html Peterborough Heavy Rain 0900 Fri 20 1800 Fri 20 More rain is expected through today, some heavy and prolonged, giving 20-30mm in many areas but with the potential for as much as 50-70mm in some places. The public are advised to take extra care and refer to the latest Environment Agency Floodline and 'Flood Warnings in Force,' and also the 'Highways Agency' for further advice on traffic disruption on motorways and trunk roads. There was heavy rain yesterday evening - it was sitting on roads as high as the kerb in places. Was planning on going to JAE Saturday afternoon and staying the night. If the weather's going to be that bad I'm not sure though...
  4. I'm in Peterborough. I'm afraid it''s rained heavily and it's still raining. I'm still planning to go though - hope to see you there Nick.
  5. Jesus wept! Glad you are ok. That looks like a good, solid contact! When did this happen?
  6. Used to go to those sorts of things - the come downs seem to last three days now and I can't be doing with it anymore. Miss the girls in furry boots and bikinis though! At £5 a ticket, it's almost worth buying a few and selling them on ebay near the time.
  7. Cool - cheers lads :duffer:
  8. I recon he'd be ahead to about 40-50mph then you'll steam past. His car is lighter and the suspension's probably in much better condition so I think he'd be quicker off the line.
  9. Maybe I'm blind but I can't see it anywhere on their website. Anyone know what it costs to get in? Just 'basic' entry. Cheers!
  10. It's an infiniti coupe. I quite like them - like a big 350Z. It's not really a Skyline - they've just borrowed the name.
  11. :duffer: Drinking and camping too. :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

I think it starts Friday evening and runs thorough till Sunday afternoon. It is a crap web site!
  13. No-one cares what car you have. It's the biggest event of the Japanese Car callendar. Last year (and the one before) were proper ace. Be there or be square. :D
  14. I'll be there with a boot full of beers. We either have a stand/area or are sharing the Z Clubs - not sure which it is.
  15. Very good news mate. Looking forward to seeing the car in the metal at JAE.
  16. That's mother nature weeding out the infirm, that is. Is we were all wildebeest, you'd get eaten by a lion.
  17. The on screen chemistry with Lady Jane is always electric :duffer:
  18. Never order the lamb unless it's a fancy place. Chicken korma in a cheap place, king prawn curry if it's posh. And lots of lager. :duffer:
  19. Caddyshack II has Chevy Chase and Jackie Mason. And there's the bit where a chocolate bar that's fallen in a swimming pool looks like a turd.
  20. Caddy Shack II is on Bravo. :duffer: :duffer: Surely the best film ever.
  21. I remember Mike Metzger was the first motocrosser to do a back flip on a bike. All those motocrossers fall off now and then but they always said; "Chicks dig scars, man, chicks dig scars." Then Metzger did a back flip wrong and ripped off a testicle on the fuel tank. Bet the chicks don't dig that!
