What was it like when you got your first Zed?
And I overheard you at Uncle Chunkle's BBQ saying you wanted to get rid of your TT and get an NA too. :x:

fan in roof bar
Mine started making a quiet but constant squeal after being parked up in the rain. Dismantling and greasing didn't help but it went away after a day or two by itself. Edit - the fan runs all the time when the ignition is switch on.

What was it like when you got your first Zed?
I kept mine standard for 18 months now - it's a good idea.

300zx @ JAE 2006.....
Loads of good ideas so far. I like names / IDs on display but can we have a badge option as well as a t-shirt option. It got cold pretty quick last weekend so T-shirts would quickly be hidden. Plus I like to hide my prison tatoos so generally go for long sleeves. There was also some debate about what music people liked. We could have everyone whos going to send an MP3 or two of their choice and burn them onto a disc or two (1 CD will hold 100).

suppose I'll tell you all
Congratulations mate - do we get to see a pic of the happy couple?

name tags for big events
Yes, name badges definitely a good idea. We could include Avatars on them too.

More JAE pics
Great pics mate - I must say your Z is one of my favourites - nice mods, not too over-fussy.

JAE Billing V Peterborough??????
I had a great time at Peterborough but didn't stay long at Billing the year before as the g/f thought you'd all be nutters and wierdos. Billing seemed to have more slopes from the 'roads' on site which aren't clever with a low front bumper.

JAE for me........
Yes, big respect to Rich and the others for making it all happen. As I said before, my drunken disgrace was out of sight - it took me 1 hour 15 minutes to find the gate after leaving the 300ZX party. So the g/f who was there to meet me at 2am was waiting until just after 3am to pick me up. I got so stuck I climbed the fence - only to realise I was just by the main gate anyway. Anyway, looking forward to the next one - I'll last the nigh then!

How many people went to JAE ?
I hope you've all read the constitution! :nono:

made it back safe
Yep - I had a great time there too. I got very, very drunk [Paul Whitehouse voice]. I left at 1.50am to meet my g/f to give me a lift home at 2am by the main gates. I didn't find the gates or meet her until 3am as I got lost wandering round the showground! At one point I climbed over the main fence with a bag of pillows (don't ask) in my hand. It was quite high and pointy! A big "thank you" to everyone who organised things, especially Chunk's mate who ran the BBQ (sorry - forgot your name mate)

Who's Travelling the furthest to J.A.E.?
It's only about five miles for me. Surely I get some sort of prize for that? That's in addition to my other prize for funniest member (not sure if that's "funny peculiar" or "funny ha ha").
