yes, we still have a pitch. I will be going Friday and Saturday, not sure about camping yet, as we live nearby. Sunday, i will be going to the meet at Bury St Edmunds Sports and Classics by the Lake, in aid of a local hospice.

will be at corley services on m6 about 8-ish for breakfast before last leg to museum, leave there by 9. could meet earlier at brampton hut about 6:30/45 i think.

Ok, all you guys that will be eating at the pub on Saturday night. If we want a big group table, then they will want us to all eat at the same time and provide the menu choices a week beforehand. This is currently booked for 30 people at 6pm. The alternative is to have separate tables and order/eat as normal. So we have 2-3 weeks to decide what to do, and send me your food orders if we all eat together. Where we were before, they just move the tables around and have had over 30 there before.

The pub will reserve a large table for us, and if we want to eat at the same time, they will want everyone's menu choices a week in advance. Then just pay for yourself at the end. Althought this time, I might see about all eating at whatever time suits yourselves, and order as you go, but we just use the table for longer :-) Will give them a call this weekend and check, and will post up the menu if we have to order in advance. Does get hot up on that mezzanine though, so it won't be long before we all end up out in the garden anyway!

change the selection on the "Thread Display Options" near the bittom left of page to "year" or "beginning" should sort it ;-)

we have received the passes, and i have printed some out ready to post out. should be doing that tonight or tomorrow. although i can send an electronic version if you any of you want to print them yourselves.
