  1. I've been to the last two rounds there and meet up with Murt although we did get two Welsh members to the first one. Just not sure if I will go, not sure if I can face seeing all those cars again when mine isn't ready
  2. I have a similar problem, battery is new but is always flat in around a week with the car standing??
  3. Might pop down, another reason to be gutted my car won't be done!
  4. You and me both, I was offered a free RR session this weekend by a customer holding an open day but can't go :(
  5. Going to be touch and go for me, the chip didn't get to Jeffs today and he is away on holiday from tomorrow so will have to wait until he is back. Not sure if he is away just one week but still only leaves 2 days to get the car running properly assuming it cures the problem?
  6. Thinking about when I went abroad a few years ago I used my Nokia plugged into the laptop for internet but dongle is better and probably cheaper now
  7. By Wednesday I would go into somewhere lik Car Phone Warehouse, Vodafone, TMobile or PC World rather than online
  8. Check out version 2, there is a guy spear hunting at 1.19 and another playing swinging punches over the glass into the fight at 1.58!
  9. That's Brent Pope No.4 enough said! He's caused me some problems when I've reffed in games he's played
  10. Unfortunately or fortunately as the case may be I was reffing a game at Telford last night so wasn't at this one. That's going to be one hell of a match report to write for one of my close colleagues!! http://www.walesonline.co.uk/sports/ice-hockey-news/2009/09/14/ice-hockey-uproar-at-the-end-of-devils-victory-91466-24680636/ :mac1::wack::mac1::wack::mac1::wack:
  11. Sounds like I missed a good one but I will be there next year. If 34 running cars needed adjustments I hate to think how many adjustments your making on mine at the moment
  12. That's quite nice actually, a little older but the mileage is low so not top bad - I do about 35-40,000 miles a year
  13. I did wonder about them but the review gave them 4/5 for build quality so maybe they got their act together! V50 is another I like.
  14. I may have to change the car soon as the miles have racked up on the A4, I still love driving the V6 TDI but the mileage is very high. I need to get a diesel estate next (good job I have a Z for the weekend) but I am not sure what to go for, budget is around £20k for one 6-12 months old. I like this http://www.virtualcar.it/public/media07/ar07geneve3.jpg But any other suggestions? No Fords, Vauxhalls, Peugeots or Renaults.
  15. Gutted I'm not going :(
  16. That's the one I couldn't copy the thread address for.
  17. Not sure if this is any good, can't copy the thread address for some reason but search for 'ecu pinout diagram'
  18. If you put a different engine in the premium will go up as it is seen as highly modified and more difficult/expensive to repair if you have an accident. They also prefer to have an engineer report or mot before it goes back on the road although not essential. They asked me for this with the single turbo conversion.
  19. Do a search on here for 'single turbo update' ;)
  20. Does anyone one have a diagram of the wiring for fitting a series 2 ptu, I know you can buy an adapter harness with them but I have one without. If someone has a diagram so I can wire it in that would be great :)
  21. Funny looking "convertable"
