i totally fu*ked all over one coming home today.just coming to the end of roadworks and this ugly silver piece of sh1te is all over my arse. Pull out, starts to nail it and i just sat next to him and then when i could be arsed, dropped it down and high ho silver away!didn't see him after that.

i'm insured with tesco at the moment.I've always been on my own insurance cos my dad wouldn't let me on his. I've got almost five years N/C, advanced driving certificate and a racing licence. The cars i've had have been a Mitsubishi Starion, Toymota GT4 (Briefly) and my Z. I'm tempted to get either a Evo 5 or 6 or a R33 GTR as a project car before christmas but i'm not sure if anyone will insure me.

Coming back from Coventry today down the M6, finally got a bit of open road between road works and speed cameras so i give it big licks down the fast lane. After about 2 miles i come upto 3 cars one in each lane and all doing the same bloody speed!!!!about 60mph. I don't like flashing so i decide to just wait and see if one finally manages to find their accelerator pedal and use it. After going past 2 junctions and now having a tail back behind me bigger than King Kongs first dump of the day, i flash and tell them to move over. The old bast*rd in the outer car looks over and calls me a ****er!I just about held myself back from a bit of road rage, so the question i'm wondering is...am i bad for doing this? End of essay!

i've paid for it all myself. Been quite lucky in getting really good jobs since i left school.

oh and because i've been a really good boy all my life and never speeded or done anything bad ever(apart from one small 35mph in a 30 zone) i only(?) pay £1200 insurance.

I've just turned 22. Smallest engine size i've ever owned has been a 2ltr turbo!

Where is the best place to get a front strut brace from, and how easy are they to fit?

Noticed that my drivers side window seals were starting to crack. How easy are they to replace and how much?

A nice looking Red Z on Heysham Road in Morecambe Reg K*** YRN, looks standard except zorsts. Only thing is the owner has a big white 300zx graphic on the side of the car, front arch to rear arch. Not bad you all might think except.....its on upside down so it reads XZ00E!!!????!!!!!. If its anyone on this site, sorry for mocking the car but why???

On the back of the form it says that contary to media reports if you don't sign it and send it back, they'll do you and also if the van was on double yellow lines etc it doesn't matter, and i quote: 'police vehicles can access and have permission to park and operate in areas that normal vehicles cannot'. yea i thought that but the slimey bar stewards dates the NIP 18/06/03, so i'm goosed (exactly 14 days after i was spotted). Apparently there is a speed awareness course that i can elect to attend which changes the fine to £90 but you get no points. At my age a extra £30 is better than 3 points.

Bo!!ocks. Got home today and found a police notice on the mat. I'd been caught doing 34 mph in a 30 mph zone (not near any residential areas, empty road etc.), 3 weeks ago! I'm not complaining (much) but i'd always thought i'd get done doing 100 mph +, do not pass go, do not collect £200 style! Shouldn't they be out fighting proper crimes?

Probably the one i've seen them. If i can collar him next time i see him, i'll get some details off him. I don't know....i buy a Z, then everyone else in the area gets one within a couple of months!!!!

if its the one i've seen in sunny morecambe then i'm not sure if it is local. I see it around for 1 week then never see it for a couple of months. Did it have quad tail lights and side skirts?

sorry, could've worded that i bit better. I have 5" tailpipes into powerflow boxes then straight back in 3" to the cats. I couldn't imagine how loud it would be without boxes! Sorry for any confusion.

hey i want to put a uprated ecu in my 92 tt. What is the best ecu, given that i don't fancy soldering my own chip in? The only thing is i use the car every day and so can't send the ecu to anyone for any length of time. Would be best if i could get a complete unit that i can just swap over one night, or am i just delusional that things could be that easy?

hi, in my experience, powerflow will not replace the boxes or pipes if they blow due to corrosion. I have 5" singles straight through from cat back on each side and they do sound a million dollars,real GT car sound, but they are starting to look sh1te. Also i think my drivers side is just starting to blow at some point, so i think instead of replacing just the boxes its going to be a complete system.

No problems. Just trying to warn everyone before they make a mistake. I've tried to get the guys that put my back boxes on to replace them, but they keep pointing to the small print on the warranty and telling me i'll have to buy new. I've tried to argue, but to no avail, so now i just f**k on him every time i see him in his scooby doo! It makes me feel a bit better anyway cos he claims its faster than a R33 GTR!

Also the 'lifetime' warranty doesn't include corrosion/blowing. If its proper stainless then it shouldnt corrode should it? Why cover for it then?

Don't go for powerflow!!!!It's cheap crap!Yea it sound nice and is easy to weld but thats cos its not quality stainless!If in doubt do a magnet test on a mongoose exhaust and the magnet will fall off, do it on a powerflow and i'll stick like glue.I've had powerflow backboxes for about 1.5 years and they're starting to rust. I'm now saving for mongoose boxes.
