Could be that the solinoid has failed. Mine (Auto) did this, I took the solinoid off, key came out, not worries! :) I think you only need a couple of allen keys for this as well. Give one of the mechanics a call (Jeff/Ryan etc...) they should be able to talk you through it.

I think its 0800 5422875, could be wrong. Bob fitted my Toad as well, good alarm. :)

Plus, if you think along the lines of, Im going to spend my money on getting the engine repaired and upgraded at the sametime, your on to a winner! :D In fact if the engine gets pulled, why not upgrade the turbo's as well? ;) And if you upgrade the turbo's, replace the injectors and intercoolers as well. And if you are having engine work done, it would seem rude not to replace the piston with some forged items... etc, etc... ;) :D

Cheers guys. Dave, that was during the respray when the oem spoiler was removed and the high level spoiler was added. So all the work was done back then. I suppose if you wanted a proper job doin, the whole tailgate will need respraying? Sideways300 - It may be a few weeks, but you've got first dibs. :) Antf - Youve got seconds. :)

Mike, where did you get yours done? Just got a quote from a well used (By z owners) place for £300, this wouldnt include any parts, as all im doing is getting it resprayed.

OK, so the high level spoiler has got really boring now, and I want to smooth the rear ( ;) ). What kind of total price would you expect to pay for this work to be done? Cheers, Brian.
