  3. Yeah, i moved it bud. The Regional forums are predominantly for posting meets and events. I'd imagine, since Robert gave you some instruction, this is your first attempt at welding. Put it this way, i got taught welding when i was doing my apprenticeship and well, my MIG welding is still worse than yours! lol.
  4. Nice to see your getting it fixed andy. Kudos for doing it yourself!

  11. Seen a 2+2 Silver J-Spec heading northbound on the A1, outside Torness Power Station, at about 16:30. Looked very nice for the short period of time i seen it. De-spoilered, Perspex strip and quad tailpiped exhausts. Anyone on here?
  12. The N/A Tuning section is part of the Subscribed Members section.

  16. My seat was still there and i cant remember if i had removed the steering rack at that point
  17. I just removed mine as part of the manual conversion. I found it easiest to lie on my back, leg draped out the door and looked up the way towards the pedal. I used a 1/2" drive ratchet, 12" extension and a flexible joint and the appropriate socket. Took alot of maneouvering to get the pedal to come out.

Could be knackered o2 sensors. Is Mikey changing them during your rebuild?
  19. Craig, i spoke with a work colleague of mine, about this recently. He said that you can drive to an MOT centre for the test but you arent allowed to drive it back without an MOT. Basically saying, if you drive it to the test centre without an mot, you legally can't drive it home without having passed it's test. Im not sure about the road tax but im sure someone will be along soon with an answer.
  20. Take your paint code to Halfrauds and they'll make it up for you in a rattle-can. I dunno what they're like down your way but the colour matches are usually pretty good up here.
  21. He had to do silly amounts of work to get those wheels to fit. Had to do a hub conversion and put deliberate camber to get the wheels to tuck inside the arches.
  22. This is my mate's 180sx.......absolutely stunning!
  23. You need to lift it at least half way out so that the manifolds are exposed.
