Does that mean we've gotta put up with you for another year???? ;)
  2. There's a few breakers on here that have the suspension parts that you'd need. As for the floor and sills, i'd speak to JeffTT. He'd probably be able to give you rough idea at how much it would cost to repair.
  3. Sorry, Palmer Sports???
  4. So you'll be looking at this one then: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=132224 Looks like a very good example. im not sure of how big a job it is to change the seal on the gearbox but it's almost a certainty that the 'box would need to come out. And while it's out, the thrust bearing could be changed......two birds - one stone ;)
  5. Firstly, welcome. Secondly, get some pictures up! lol. Oh, the guy you bought it from? His name wasn't scott, by any chance?
  6. Happy birthday pete
  7. Yup. KFC In Livingston 7:30pm (I think the time was!) Wednesday 28th (Tomorrow night)

Count me in! Depending on dates, can we try and keep it apart from the Nurburgring trip? I'd really like to go to both!
  9. I think he meant he already has an aftermarket guage and wants to swap it for another one but used the sender that's already there.
  10. underneath, from the drivers side
  11. That sounds spot on Mike. I'm up for that. Hull would be a bit of a happy medium for all interested parties, as a meeting point.
  12. ......but good luck finding one! Rarer than rocking horse shit nowadays! Dan @ DTA is struggling to get his mits on them!
  13. Go for it! Get the rockguard removed and get the 99-spec front on it. You'd pretty much have the same as FunkySi (with the addition of the bumper) and here's what his looks like: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/vbpicgallery.php?do=view&g=303
  14. from what ive read into this mod, the single maf is good for about 550bhp so unless your planning on running a spec close to that, i'd say that you wouldnt see any sort of benefit.
  15. The ones with one maf but two filters are effectively the same as fitting a single induction kit straight onto the maf. The ones with no MAF, need to be running a map sensor and tend to be running aftermarket engine management.
  16. Nice find bud. Looks very clean and the added bonus of a 99-spec spoiler :D Welcome along
  17. Why would the handbrake be an issue? The handbrake is an independant set of shoes inside the brake disc.
  18. sweet......you gonna have a boogie with craig's new flying machine? ;) (Just kidding!)
  19. I'd love to go! Would depend on time of the year though. My works pretty much gonna wipe out September / October.
  20. Like robert says, i wouldnt be put off a diesel pug just because its got what seems like a big milage. I bought my 1.9td 406 with 168k miles on it and its still going strong. That was almost two year ago!
  21. nice one bud. Will we be seeing you in Livi on the 28th?
  22. FAO: Zedwizz and Alanz. Could you please keep your personal vendetta's personal. Thanks Mikey
  23. Keep it red unless you plan on doing it properly and lifting the engine out and getting a full spray! It's looks absolutely shocking when you go to sell / show a car and you pop the bonnet to show a completely different colour.
  24. I think going by what Jeff has said and from seeing Madmax's spec list, they'll probably have some benefit.
  25. I cant comment on the ebay ones but it tends to be poor quality silicone couplers supplied from most ebay sellers. Try DTA / Smithys Place or even Z1.
