  1. Isnt that spoiler similar to Yassa's Kaminari???
  2. Nice to see you're getting these to production Andy.
  3. So your a definite then? :rolleyes::rolleyes:
  4. Dude........4 years on????
  5. Yeah. Bit of a b**ger getting to the bracket that holds the front pipes to the top of the front subframe. Thank goodness for ratchet spanners :D Did you swap the pumps over aswell or did you just loop the pipes?
  6. Nice one. Cheers Jimmy. I was stripping out all the pipes the other night and noticed that they feed into what looks like a control valve at the back, with an electrical connector. I was a little bit apprehensive about disconnecting it but since unplugging the ECU will make it dead anyway, im a bit more at ease. :D
  7. Im doing this HICAS delete aswell. Am i right in thinking that if i unplug it from the ECU, that the HICAS light wont appear on the dash and it wont have any effect on anything else?
  8. Remember to use a socket big enough to draw the ball joint into it. It'll need to sit on hub and not on the joint itself.
  9. I used a socket and nut. Slid the socket over the ball joint and tightened the nut. It'll draw the ball joint out. (Remember to remove the dust cover on the back!) If that dont work, position a socket where the dust cover used to be and hit it with a fair sized hammer :D Or you could remove the hub and have the ball joint pressed out.
  10. I found the PAS pump from my shorty when i was up at my unit the night. Gonna give stripping out the HICAS stage, a go tomorrow at work.

    Im in. 1. Shrek 2. Ossian 3. ???
  12. Isnt it an option to remove the TT pump, strip the HICAS pump internals out of it and block off the holes? That way it keeps the pulley in the correct position and you dont need to faff about with grinding brackets and all sorts?
  13. Original Japanese Nissan Flare :D
  14. Nice one KIM. It's a good feeling when you lose weight and dont intentionally mean to :D
  15. Yeah, they're rare. Not being cheeeky but do they work? Over time, they become faulty and dont get fixed.
  16. Good luck buddy.
  17. Sure is bud. I put one onto my LWB and im pretty sure that AlanZ is running one aswell. Sounds pretty good and not too loud either :D
  18. That was exactly my reaction. Ok, Munny's point is right. It is helpful for newbies (or anyone else for that matter!) to use the search button but there was no need for the manner that was used to put it across. Just my 2p's worth.
  19. Welcome to the club. I've had a SWB and 2 LWB's. Tbh, i found the handling on the shorty to be alot "tighter". The only other thing to look out for is i found the SWB to be quite restricted on the interior. But with the LWB, the drivers seat can move further back.
  20. Where you been? Welcome back all the same :D
