  3. Welcome to the club. Where about in scotland are you from? Check out the "scotland" regional forum for up and coming meets.
  4. I wouldnt be breaking it if it's in that sort of condition.
  5. Well done Daz. Welcome to the "Dark Side"
  6. hmmm, i dont know about that but i dont think it would. Isnt it the head gaskets that effect the tension on the Cambelt?
  7. If it's a metal gasket with a rubber liner, i wouldnt be re-using it. The rubber would've compressed and when the tension's been relieved, the rubber wont have expanded again so you wont get the same seal if it's re-used.
  8. I'd say that a gasket should be replaced everytime when the pressure boundary is broken. Not too sure about the 60k part though.
  9. NO! You wont have any control of the back wheels and nothing to keep them rigid. How are you going about looping the pipes? Have you bought a fitting from z1 or found another way? Edit: Check your emails Michael.
  10. Just wondering if anyone can tell me the size of pipe i need for replacing the existing copper brake pipes? Also, where will i get the correct flaring tool for making the ends?
