Thats weird about the plug. The car has an NA diff, but all the pipes are hanging blocked and annoying me so i want to take it all off. Thanks guys. I know they did an electric one, but if you have this and its all different i dont know, a very early one or a very late one maybe?

Am i right in thinking that to eliminate this thing i just need to loop the 2 pipes ontop that go into it and remove it all? What happens if you unplug it? Thanks Mark

Front, ive had a look, i click on them and they all say either Z31 or to 89. Are they drastically different?

Anyone know where to get them from or are they going to be a dealer part? They only have Z31's on ebay. TIA Mark

I have both seals and i had this problem. My filter would gather water in the bottom of it. I did tests with pieces of paper, putting it under the nose panel and spraying the hose on it. The water was getting between the bumper and the nope panel. This is what i done. Not had the problem since. Sheet of plastic, not even bolted down, looks like crap but it works

I have to admit it was the wellers that got me started down this road. Ive never been a fan of alloys really. Banded steels for me all the time :D

I wouldnt mind 15's but i worry they wont clear the calipers. Ill have to find a spare somewhere and give it a go

ive literally just done all of this. This is what i done. I took the plenum off and found i couldnt get to the egr to get it off so i left it all in place, under the plenum n all but i took away the signal vacuum feed. I also found that cutting off the water pipes on the throttle bodies made it much easier to refit it all.

Ok thanks, next question. If i took the pressure feed off it, it wouldnt work atall, would i then get chatter?

Hi guys. With the standard recircs being plumbed in down the front, could i take the recirc pipe off the inlet and block that and effectively have an atmospheric dump valve? Would this actually sound like a dump valve or are they not designed that way? Has anyone done this yet? Mark
