Just got my old piston and rod out (as some of you know, i had a big end knock) and am counting my blessings that the old rod did not compleatly go! Its got a nice crack in it :shock: Check out the pics!

Its not too bad, 2-3 hours if you have never done it before, the hard part is the one bolt that you need a thin spanner for. If you do do it and want some help just PM me m8

Its true done it twice now, but you have to drop the cross member and you need to mod a spaner to fit one of the bolts as a regula spaner is too thick to fit. And if i had known i would have brought the spaner to the RR day to show you!
