well i've only eve had a seatbelf apart once and it was a PITA to put all back, and i would not recomend playing about with safey equipment

I always fill the new filter with new oil beforew fitting it, that way your engine will not be running for a bit while the pump fills the filter! you will be suprized how much oil that filter takes, you fill it and than wait a min or two then it will need toping up, then wait another min or two...... and so on till its full. it just lets the oil get round the engine a little quicker!

Mine does it too! I think its to stop the belt digging in you neck by keeping it a little slack. If you dont like the idea then if you remove the door card there is a wire just unconnect it and it will act like a standad seatbelt
