That's brilliant Graham, thanks for that! Haven't read it yet (at work) but do you know if it mentions how to wire up the folding mirrors? Was thinking of wiring into the locking system but then realised my doors lock automatically after about 10secs driving so don't want the mirrors folding in just as I set off! lol...:no:

Does anyone know if there's a writeup available on fitting the a set of S3 J Spec heating and electric folding wing mirrors to a s1 UK?? If not, does anyone care to share their knowledge if they know? Just bought a pair off Slick Pete. Also, the jspecs are black - am I able to swtich the casing over to save on repainting them or is painting the only option? Just want to make sure before I try and lever the case open and end up breaking it!! Cheers Vig

I've seen about 4 when I;m out and about but they're all pretty horrific looking!! One yellow one in london that looks just awful! And a black and tango orange one too!!

Myself and a few mates were thinking of going for a little drive on Sunday for a nice country pub lunch. As they are mostly based around West London we thought Oxford (or somewhere that way) would be nice....can anyone recommend a pub suitable? We are hoping to drive on some country roads too as amongst us are a Gallardo, 4s and myself...so it's as much about a nice enjoyable drive as the lunch itself! I've been googling it but it's hard to tell from the info on the net so personal recommendations are what I'm looking for... Thanks all

As has been mentioned in another thread already quite recently, just wanted to say I too have noticed a quite noticeable return of the club spirit! Just wanted to say thanks to a few people for their generosity in both advice over the forum and in helping out with bits and pieces needed for the Zed, etc!! Don't have enough time (or memory I'm afraid!) to name all those I need to thank but just over the last few weeks/month the following have been a great help to me!! Se1 mate...at the bottom of Tower Bridge road. Falls between London Bridge, Borough and Elephant & Castle tubes stations though I reckon it's probably just the proximity to Old Kent Road that has hiked up the figures!! In the last 7mths, my flat's been robbed and both my housemates have been mugged on their way home at night! They're not small lads either!! Think it may be time to move out!! lol...

There is but I only have the rear panels in front of the arch as this is where the majority of my rust was. Sorry I can't be of more help. If you're interested in the sills, then take a look at my sale thread. If you need, I can try and dig out the contact details of the guy that made them as I'm sure he can make up more panels for the rest of the sill...
