No indicators.
For some reson there is alot of greese built up in the hazard switch box. May be worth taking it apart and giving it agood clean. There are two screws underneath the pod. Just pull the hazzard switch striaght up to remove it. Disconnect the connectors for the LED display and the windscreen wipers. You should now be able to unscrew the hazzard box and clean it up.

Lets expand for the benefit of all
I tottaly agree with you about being a paid member. I don't know the history of the companies in question so I guess I was the wrong person to start this debate. Appologies for the disturbance I may have caused :( .

Lets expand for the benefit of all
Oops.... When I said "lets expand" I didn't mean "lets erupt" Everyone has grudges against companies. It works both ways. I'm not going to mention any names, so don't even bother asking me and I don't want this turning into a guessing game either, but I know some people have had bad experiences with GPS and some haven't been 100% with PPS, but at the end of the day, these two companies get maybe 1 complaint out of 100's. Let bygones be bygones. I say offer them a slot, if they decline then fair enough, if they accept then all the better. Who makes these decision on the forum side ?. Is it Craig's sole responsibility or are there a panel of judges ?.

Brake Shudder
Thanks guys, Sounds likes identical to my problem. only at high speeds. The cars in the shop at the moment, soI'll get them to give it a good once over wheil they are at it.

Brake Shudder
Any Ideas what the cause is ? The symptoms is brake shudder when braking from high speeds, I wouldn't say aggressive breaking but fairly firm. I have brembo disks on the front about 5 months old, with kevlar pads (still got quite a bit left on them). I don't think the discs are warped as I've done the "listen test" while the car has been jacked up and the wheels have been rotated. I couldn't hear an irregularities. Are we talking master cylinder here ?. If so how much £'s am I looking ?

Mass Reduction!!!!
Air Injector Valve They suck air into the cat's allowing the temp ofthe cats to be kept up to work more effieciently. The reason people clean these is due to a gurgling sound at idle. The AIV's are supposed to empty on deceleration, but sometime a little water gets in them and creates a gurling type sound.

Another France Joke
A long time ago, Britain and France were at war. During one battle, The French captured an English major. Taking the major to their headquarters, the French general began to question him. The French general asked, "Why do you English officers all wear red coats? Don't you know the red material makes you easier targets for us to shoot at?" In his bland English way, the major informed the general that the reason English officers wear red coats is so that if they are shot, the blood won't show and the men they are leading won't panic. And that is why from that day to now all French Army officers wear brown pants.

Lets expand for the benefit of all
Hi guys, hope you are all well. Just out of interest.... Is there any reason that GPS and PPS don't have a section in this forum ? I mean we have: AndyZ for 2nd hand Parts Smithy for new parts Bob for Ice and security Jeff for servicing and repairs But we have no one in the following categories: Bodywork tuning Do you think Latz or Johnny and Peter would be up for their own sections. I'm sure they would get a lot more business for the rest of us guys if we got to know them and their work a little more. Can you see where I'm going with this ?.
