There seemed to be a lot of interest for this event, so ChrissyP went out of his way to organise it. Interest seems to have dropped off for some reason. Not as clever as some but not as dumb as the rest :D. 133 for me.

Well it can be one of four things. 1) Spark - plugs, Coil packs, PTU, ECU, Wiring I'd rule plugs and coil packs out straight away as it will still start up even on 4 cylinders. 2) Fuel - fuel pump, fuel pressure, injectors blocked. Very rare that you have any problems with Fuel but still gotta check it. 3) Compression - maybe the inlet values are not seating right and you can't get enough compression once it starts it will run fine but if it's got to a state when it won't start due to inlet or zorst vales then you are taking a £1k+ to get it sorted. SE quote £2.2k for head rebuild. 4) Battery, if it click at all then there's not enough power to start, if it turns slowly then again still not enough power. Could also be CAS related but I doubt it. If you can do a compression test on the car, the results will tell you if it's worth 1,600. Good luck ;)

Well I was thinking about getting a plane up to pick up the other Z, but I guess it will be more fun to drive up with the missus and have a mini convoy home :D. More expensive but more fun, and that way you can take some pics :D. I also need some advice about an amp to power the future focals. What do you reccomend ?

Yeah I heard them in Ian's Corsa, he disconnected the sub and the clarity is unreal. They also have a fair bit of bass coing out of those kevlar cones. Going to be money well spent I think :D.

You mean you can pull the key out of the ignition barrel even when it's in position I ? and you don't have to press the unloock button ?. Sounds like you need a new set of locks mate. just out of interest.... what posessed you to take the key out of the ignition while driving :confused: Where you having an moment ? ;)

Built by Mrtin at PPS. Plenty of room for the targa panels, haven't had a chance to fit the straps in yet though ;)

The original nissan ones are just black but are a little thinner than these one I can get made, they were also just plain black, not sure if they came in any other colours. Bummer about you becoming a subscribed member that means I have to get them for you at cost price :rofl: ;)

The ICE Sounds so much better than it did before. I've had to replace Volume with quality :D as apparently my front components and amp are quite far behind my subs and amp, so loks like I'll be up for a nice pair of Focal components in the not too distant future :D.

Well Peter and the gang have really outdone themselves this time. :hyper: It's the 2nd time my car has been to PPS now, and although it's a 600 mile round trip it's worth every mile. I have to say not only can Peter produce amazing body mods and superior paint jobs, You da man Peter. Also how many bodyshop owners would book you into a hotel for the night and meet you at 11pm at the body shop so you can drop the car off and then escort you to your hotel and make sure you are settled in before driving home to his own bed at midnight on a Friday night ? Well Peter did :bow:. What can I say :confused: top bloke 'ol Peter ;) Also now thanks to Martin, PPS can now also produce some great ICE installs. I told Martin I wanted something simple, not too much sprayed fiberglass but a classy install with my amps displayed. Didn't think it would turn out as good as it did :bow: you da man Martin :D. I don't make them myself mate but I can get them, if you are a member then I get can get them for what I pay for them, if you are not a subscribed member then it cost you a fiver more for my beer money ;). if all else fails Maplins do quite a few switches, I bought a knob from then :eek: to replace the dated traction control knob.

Mail me some pics of your car and the theme you want and I'll try and sort you somthing, I can't promise anything as I'm really bisy and have a queue of 4 people in front of you, and I also need to make some long overdue rear 6x9 speaker brackets for another member (if only I could do those in Photoshop lol).
